    Pros +

    • Breakfast is super good and rooms are very spacious. We had a double room with balcony and booked a crib for our baby and the room was very comfortable.
    • Terraces overlooking the olive trees and with a view up to the sea. Infinite pool.
    • The position is excellent, and quiet.

    Cons -

    • Snack bar next to the pool should have more options. On the menu they had gnocchi and lasagna only however the lasagna was not available.
    • Somehow the feeling is not the best. There is something about the design, the arhitecture of the place that makes it a bit unconfortable.
    • They celebrated a wedding during our stay and it was hard to find a parking spot.

Absolutely stunning views that made our stay unforgettable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also appreciated the convenience of the EV charger on site. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommended!

The air conditioning was initially set to heating by default, and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off at first. Luckily, we managed to sort it out eventually.

Loved the surroundings, and views. Very clean hotel, good bfast and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

It's a bit far from the main attractions, but the peaceful and quiet atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and unwind.

The wonderful views, walking around in the beautiful scenery, the amazing breakfast (so many treats) and the staff who were just excellent in all areas of the hotel

Just got back from an amazing stay at Relais Chiaramonte, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The place itself is beautiful. The rooms are cozy, spotless, and have this calm, relaxing vibe. Waking up to those gorgeous countryside views was such a treat! The pool and wellness area were perfect for unwinding, and breakfast was just delicious—so many fresh, local options to choose from. The location feels wonderfully peaceful and remote, but still close enough to explore the area. It was exactly the kind of relaxing escape I was looking for. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this gem of a place!”**

The view is exceptional and the staff are really sweetGood breakfast and cleanliness was exceptional.

Restuarant although its really good but too expensive and small portions. We paid a lot of money for our room but the pool was not heated maybe they can take such into consideration. The spa facilities are not included in the price and you have to pay 30 euro per person for each hour and there was not any indoor pool, so i would say there arent a lot of excursions which can be done whilst staying in the hotel If like us you re staying all day during your stay there arent any snacks which can be bought during the day as there is only 1 restuarant which is expensive and open at 8pm however the breakfast was good. The olive tasting could be done more interesting. We dis not taste the pastes which they jave for sale and they did not take us to the factory. I know that it was sunday and the olives are produced in september but such tasting tour has the potential to be more fun considering tht there arent any activites you can do rather than walking whilst staying in the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Breakfast was ok and the views are stunning!!! We had also a private pool overlooking the valley. The room was comfortable and spacious. The highlight of our stay was the spa. We booked an hour and it was really worth it.

The only thing I did not use was the restaurant. It should be more reasonable.

We had a great stay at Relais Chairamonte. The rooms are spacious, properly equipped and the bed was great. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. The spa is a nice addition for relaxation. The location is great with the view over the valley and very peaceful in between nature. The breakfast was great with a nice combination of sweet and savory options. The restaurant was great for dinner.

The only downside was that our room only had a view on the outside wall of the next building.

The breakfast was one of the best that we ever had in Sicily. Usually, in the whole of Italy, the breakfast is sweets (dolci) and a cappuccino or espresso which are, most of the time, exceptional. But at the Relais Chiaramonte, we had a choice of sandwiches with local salami, olives and cheeses, a selection of food pastries apart from another good selection of sweets. The cherry on the cake, however, was the restaurant where we had our dinner after our arrival. The restaurant on the premises deserves a Michelin Star! The person who served us (sorry forgot the name) is a culinary expert and he walked us through the menu and helped us select the wine. It was a truly, truly unforgettable experience dining there.

The location is a bit out of the way but I guess that's why it is so quiet and you can relax!

    Property is in perfect condition

The property is situated on a hill overlooking a valley . Lots of trees song birds and quiet

Spotless clean and located amid a wonderful landscape. The room was a cute apartment with private pool and a breathtaking view of countryside and sea. Marvellous staff (grazie tante Ylenia) and excellent restaurant - Gonzalo and the chef Fabio deserve more than the reviews can say. No doubt we will be coming back

    10CorinnePosted on: 1-9-2025

amazing view, nice and modern rooms and high quality food

You need to book a slot in the spa for EUR30 per person for 1 hour - I think this was a bit pricey

The staff are excellent and guest-oriented. The breakfast is fantastic and the ladies there are super helpful. The land beyond the hotel is excellent for a nature walk, with loads of beautiful flowers, many that are tiny and make it worth while to take your time.

    Leaving.

The hotel has a modern, minimalist style that feels both sophisticated and genuinely welcoming. The on-site restaurant serves exquisite farm-to-table dishes that showcase local flavors. The chef and the servers go above and beyond with both their attention to service as well as detail. Loved the wine selections and the innovative menu. The views over the Ragusa countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.

Amazing views from the pool and the room ( suite with private pool ) .

No bar area to sit and have a drink … felt more like a business / wedding / events venue than a hotel

    6EvelijnPosted on: 10-24-2024

Stunning views from the pool and breakfast room, very clean and spacious hotelroom, and nice to be able to get an affordable dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The restaurant staff was very nice and they were willing to cater all special requests. They kept pouring wine and water, and served some additional amuses ‘on the house’, which I thought was very generous.

The atmosphere is quite stiff and formal. It has the feel of a business hotel rather than the authentic, homely Italian feel I was looking for. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the hotel is next to a busy/noisy road and the stunning view I was hoping for could not be admired from my window (which overlooked a roof filled with solar panels). Breakfast was noisy and the breakfast bar almost empty by the time I arrived (at 9AM).I had originally booked for two nights but was not informed about a party being hosted at the hotel on the second day of my stay until after the hotel had confirmed my non-refundable booking. I made a complaint and they tried to solve the problem by giving me an upgrade; which I had no interest in as I would not have booked this hotel if I had known about an event being hosted during my stay. I had to have quite the discussion with the receptionist in order to cancel my second night and get a full refund. I was surprised to read in the reviews that I was not the first guest to make this complaint and that they’ve unfortunately done noting with the feedback from previous guests. It would advise the hotel to put events on their website and call guests BEFORE confirming their booking/reservation. The receptionist ended up being very nice and helpful but it seems to me that the owner is trying to use this space for two different purposes: a ‘quiet and remote place to stay’ and an event location for locals.
