- Location was good. Parking on the bridge was very inexpensive. Bed was comfortable
- Location: located on a upscale, one way street, which was closed off to traffic, making it a exceptional place to shop and dine outdoors!!
- Great staff. Clean rooms. Real nice bathroom. Changed towels and cleaned rooms every day. Good location.
Cons -
- Bathroom could be cleaned better. Tub was very slippery.
- Our air conditioning did not work, usually not a big deal, but considering the recent heat wave, and us being on the 4th floor let's just say we didn't sleep! We did report it to the front desk, however it was too late for maintenance! Open window it was.

Nothingness
It was a nice roomy hotel, with an elevator, and they also had a parking space for our rental car, we did have to pay 10 euro a day. They also provided a very nice breakfast every morning which was included. The hotel is located in Ragusa Superior - modern part of town, you have to walk to Ragusa Ibla which is the old town and it’s very charming.
The room was freezing. They could not turn off the air conditioner and explained the heat would not be turned on for another 2 weeks. I was uncomfortable the whole time we were in the room because of how cold it was. This made my experience not a very good one. Which is a shame because otherwise I thought it would have been a good stay.
Location of the hotel - in the center of superior Ragusa. You can easily find a car parking spot nearby.
In my eyes, the hotel doesn't fully match 4*. In the rooms there were no even tea kettle, cups, glasses for wine, or even wine bottle cork opener. We spent a New Year night, but we couldn't open our own bottle of wine (staff in the reception also didn't have any opener). Breakfast selection could be broader.
Great hotel but we got a very bad taste from that first front desk agent.
The first agent who checked us in suggested that we cancel our reservation with booking.com and book directly with the hotel. When we asked about parking she sent us to park on the streets away from the hotel even though we were promised parking under the hotel which we eventually got through someone else
Comfortable rooms, great location and central to historic Ragusa
The room was clean and good air-conditioning. Very nice restaurants in the vicinity.
Breakfast was of very low quality. Once there was smelly ham and the soya milk was off. Next day the scrambled eggs were extremely smelly. They gave us 'free breakfast' which consisted of coffee and croissant from a very bad mannered waitress. Only one female receptionist knew how to speak in English. Others showed that they don't care! Smiles are not included.
Central location and easy parking on the bridge nearby and breakfast included
The recepcionist was a lovely girl and help us a lot. The rooms were confortable and big enough. It has parking places at a reasonable price. Really good breakfast.
It is a bit far away the center of the town.
The facility is very central to activities, transportation and eating places. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast could be varied. It was the same thing every day. Local cuisine could have been incorporated.
it was spacious
we didn't have a connecting room as a family but 2 rooms at the extreme ends.
Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the valley. Good wellness center.
The sauna should have been hotter. There were no towels.
The location was good for shops and nice food. Staff were good
Generally the hotel needs attention as there are signs of aging. The buffet breakfast wasn’t great and water and juice is to be poured into plastic cups. Driving to the hotel is a little tricky but there is some parking on the bridge just outside. Showers over bath and beds are low which is not great for anyone with reduced accessibility
The staff was horrible, did not help at all and ruined my last two hours of my wedding day
Breakfast ,service from the staff ,it has a nice parking.
I suggested this hotel to most of the guests during my wedding on 17th july. So i had nearly 10-15 rooms. The lady who was working on that night was very cruel and was making things difficult during my wedding after party. She ruined the last two hours of it. My step daughter did the check in of my kids at around 11am, i will attach the passports so u check for urself. At night when they returned with the kids she asked for passports again to panic the situation more. When it was already done. I prepared everything on the 17th morning to avoid all the hassle that she did. I am totally upset.
I rented two rooms on the 17th morning around 10:30am. This lady was saying that i did not book them during the after hours of my wedding, i had to stay on the phone. The next day my mum when to confirm and the lady who was working in the morning on the 18th found every booking. I find this very very disturbing.
Location. The room looked nice.
This hotel is not guest friendly. There is not complementary water even for arrivals. No kettle in the room. It was a coffee maker but you have to pay for this coffee. Our room was so noisy close to exhausts fans.
Great location, you can walk to a lot of nice shops and restaurants. The staff are great and always willing to assist and help. The room that we were upgraded to was spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.
You need to navigate quite a bit to find it if you are driving on your own like we did. Not knowing the area made it quite difficult. Just make sure of the location before you travel as the hotel entrance and parking is not at the same spot. The staff are however amazing and they guided us.
Great location; comfortable stay; very helpful staff Sarah at the front desk.
