San Giorgio Palace Hotel Ragusa Ibla

The staff was so accommodating . Hotel employee were very polite and never said no . The hotel is very lucky to have them representing their brand. The location was excellent and we were very happy with our room . I would definitely recommend it.

The whole stay, starting with the checkin, extremely helpful staff, going out of their way, the breakfast, the manager Ivan’s personal touch and the checkout process!

Location in relation to parking and walking to the city center was exceptional. The walk to the hotel from the street parking was a short climb, about 60 yards, but the ability to use an elevator to access the hotel and upper level paths to the city saved much effort. Breakfast buffet was also exceptional, far more than the typical European bread based breakfast.

Excellent location right in the old town, with easy access and everything close by. Parking was convenient on the side street just below the entrance. The room had a beautiful mountain view, and the courtyard filled with lemon trees was a lovely touch. The elevator connecting directly to the upper part of the old town was especially convenient.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Recommended some excellent restaurants. The buffet breakfast was the best! The location was perfect for exploring Ragusa Ibla yet it was very quiet and peaceful facing the river.

Hi quality fixtures and design. Very comfortable. An exceptional feature is that you can park a car free in the street, enter the hotel at its lowest level and then take an elevator up to the level of the main streets of Ragusa Ibla.

The room lacks air circulation. It’s warm but stuffy unless you open a window.

Rooftop terrace for breakfast with great views of the gorge and town uphill.

The shower doors may need to be replaced to keep water in. The water spilled into the floor or maybe I didn’t hold the shower right.

Great location easy access to old town and parking.

We liked the friendly, helpful staff, the location which was walking distance to the center of Ragusa and the delicious breakfast with lots of choices.

Great location and breakfast in the morning in the sun on the terrace with a wonderful view of Ragusa Ibla.

The rules written on a sign at breakfast are childish for a hotel like this. Furthermore, the breakfast staff lacks any kindness or smile.

Conveniently located to city center. Has free parking. Rooms and breakfast were both great.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was fantastic. All I had to do is go up in the elevator and you're in the main part of old town.Parking was great right across the street. I had a little difficulty finding it, but this is my first time in Sicily and driving there.

We were there last weekend, The Hotel rooms was clean and spacious, the breakfast was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was in the quite side of Ragusa.

The only disappointed is the parking because you shall park in the road in front the hotel.
