Friendly staff, beautiful room under A stone arch, walking distance to the lower town. Maybe they had parking, which we want it.

Fabulous, elegant and cozy hotel with exceptional staff!The front desk staff are friendly, professional and always had great recommendations for visiting sites, getting around and dining options. The two ladies in the exquisite breakfast room were equally friendly and helpful.We loved our room and could not have had a better stay!

Excellent location near good restaurants and reasonably quiet. Lovely room with large bathroom and small balcony- and well appointed. Underground parking very close by. About 2 km walk to Ibla involving lots of steps, although we prefer to drive there. Staff was excellent. Kudos to Giuseppi and Maria at the front desk with their many excellent suggestions on restaurants in Ragusa and Modica. Very knowledgeable and helpfull. Excellent breakfast in the Hotel. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel had outdoor spaces which were highly under utilized. Lacking furnishings, landscape, and shade. Its a shame because spaces have so much potential

Exceptional customer service - Marisa at the front desk was kind, patient and helpful. It’s an elegant, beautiful property with clean and well appointed rooms.I liked the location and the walk to Ragusa Ibla. Breakfast was nice and the service at breakfast was great!

The hotel rooms were well appointed. The breakfast room was beautiful and breakfast was good. They have a small spa , we both had a wonderful massage. Best of all was the staff. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and very accommodating. I felt they went above and beyond at all times

Right from the start, we were struck by the friendly, helpful staff during our stay. They assisted us with parking (we ended up in a spot on the street but were prepared to use a garage), suggested nearby restaurants, and helped with directions for our next destination. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathroom had separate spaces for toileting and showering, which we appreciated, and wonderful high quality products. Breakfast was served in a majestic dining room -with a wide selection of options, including delicious baked goods made on the premises.

A simple suggestion - the room needed a waste basket other than the tiny waste basket in the bathroom. Other than that, we had zero complaints!

This is a beautiful and historic building fitted into a modern hotel. The room had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely perfect and spacious compared to most in the area. The staff was helpful attention and kind. The breakfast was an absolute dream and I look forward to it every day. We would love to stay again!

Marissa the front desk person was amazing !! She was so helpful from the parking situation to helping with ideas for restaurants and tours ! She is a huge asset and we very much appreciated her overall helpfulness and kind demeanor !

I loved how unique and fancy the property was. The spa facility was lovely and very reasonably priced. The Suite was huge which was exceptional for Italy. The staff remembered that it was my husbands birthday and brought him pancakes with a candle for his bday ?

The price was a bit high and parking wasn’t included, perhaps because it is limited in quantity. Made to order breakfast and mini bar (e.g, bottled wattle) were an extra charge too.

We all loved everything in this hotel. We missed only jakuzzi in the spa, there are only saunas. We spent there only one night, reception arranged us reservatinon in good and reasonable restaurat. They don t have parking. Thank you for pleasant stay.

The room, staff, location all were exceptional! Everyone there helped us find delicious local food spots, beautiful towns and cities to tour, and helped us with parking... we absolutely would stay again when we come back to Ragusa.

Exquisite taste, attention to detail, beauty everywhere you look, elegance in abundance, comfort beyond compare, efficient friendly supportive staff, secure parking right there (a bit tricky pulling into the narrow driveway- pull in your side mirrors). Breakfast in abundance as well with pretty much anything you care to order including eggs Benedict. This is indeed a true “vero e proprio” 5 star luxury hotel. And a healthy walk to the old Ibla lower part of town. I must confess, we took a cab back up. no problem.

Maybe could have told us the price of the omelettes was not included in the breakfast. Not a big deal but nice to know.

The building, location, decoration and staff were exceptional. The balcony was lovely. Every member of staff operated at the highest level of service. They were courteous, helpful, friendly and attentive and succeeded in making us feel welcome and that our satisfaction was important. They helped with parking, ordering taxis, orientation and sightseeing and were genuinely lovely. The hotel itself was very beautiful but the staff definitely took it to another level.

The room was very small and we weren’t able to get a meal in the restaurant as it was necessary to book 3 weeks ahead. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. We booked 9 months ago so would have booked the restaurant and spa if we had had more information on both of these beforehand.

Location. Bfast. Front office staff. Luka was very helpful.

Just the price. A little less would always help. Parking for US travellers is always an issue. But then this is Europe.
