Artemisia Resort

This hotel is located about 15 minutes by car from the city center. When we arrived we were greeted by Valentina who provided us recommendations for dining and provided a map. The room was lovely and comfortable with a large bed, a desk, sitting area, and refrigerator. The breakfast offerings were diverse and included fresh fruit. They also offer freshly prepared omelettes and bacon.

Small shower . There was confusion about the payment . Staff should remind guests the arrangements at check in and returning keys . This was pay at property .

Lovely small resort located close to Ragusa. Large comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast.

Location is beautiful. There is a nice pool, we did not use it as it was February, however it looked nice.Rooms were nice and clean.Breakfast was good and varied with both sweet and savoury options.Bar open, had a drink in the evening. Parking space inside is big and our cars were parked in front of our rooms.

Second time staying here and it was even better than the first time. The breakfast is by far one of the best and most vast that I have had in Sicily, the room was huge, clean and comfy. I was even allowed to park my motorcycle outside my door which put my mind at ease. place is perfect especially for those travelling by bike.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place is very nice, everywhere is clean, ample of parking, which you can park Infront of your room breakfast very good and fresh. nothing to complain. will visit again with friends

Out of busy area so it was peaceful and quiet, but still close to Ragusa. Great breakfast! Grounds are nice to walk around. Responsive hosts.

We had to ask for air conditioning to be turned on which they were able to do right away but it shut off again on our second night there. (It was early November.). Not a big deal—this is a lovely place to stay and very comfortable!

Excellent location, quiet and clean. Property is very nice, big pool and really friendly staff. The breakfast was exceptional. It's rare to find a place that offers this much selection for breakfast in Sicily. I will definitely be visiting again

Amazing retreat with the nicest personnel. The rooms were spotless clean, brand new and in a quiet suburban area. The food was exquisite and the facilities were of 5-stars standard. Special thanks to our receptionist Biagio who welcomed us late in the evening and even took the time to arrange for our dinner by the pool. We would absolutely recommend it and we look forward to visiting again!

This our forth visit to Artemisia, a brilliant hotel with very professional staff, special mention of Ritonela.Although all staff we very attentive to our needs.

You would need to be a very difficult visitor to not like this resort hotel. Staff have taken great care that you enjoy your stay.

We liked the friendly staff and the large size of the accommodation

The poor maintenance of things inside our accommodation like our hair dryer which would not work properly and the door which was difficult to open on account of the fiddly type of lock on the door which had a loose metal plate on the face which made the operation of the key lock difficult. The lighting inside our room was poor due to a lack of windows which is a design fault we felt. Also the room waste bins could have been labelled to help occupants identify what is paper, plastic, organic etc.,

This is a very nice resort close to Ragusa. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of options and scrambled eggs can be made by request. Another good point is that it offers easy parking on site. It would definitely be a very good place to stay in summer since the swimming pool looked very good.

This accommodation doesn´t have a restaurant on site, probably because it´s quite small, so if you want to have dinner you will need to take the car.

I will keep coming here. The resort is so welcoming and the staff are really helpful. Ideal for families.Breakfast is always fresh with a great selection of Sicilian produce.

There is no public transport nearby. To go to ragusa you need a taxi every time.

Staff so friendly and welcoming. After a long drive we decided to order pizza in and they set up a table for us on the patio with wine and flowers on the table.Hidden gem. So quiet and relaxing

The grounds were lovely, the pool okay, very friendly staff. It wasn't bad at all. And in my opinion value for money.

Our room needs upgrading. No fully functioning air-con. Basic bed. Can't stand paper cups but maybe that's the norm in Sicily, but if you are drinking hot herbal tea it's quite a hazard. Not too bad all in all considering the price.
