Breakfast was very nice, there were a lot of options to choose from. The room was nice and clean and all appliances were working. It's close enough to the PortAventura Park (which was the reason of our stay) and they always called taxis for us.

It was the end of November, and our room, which was meant for FOUR people, only had ONE blanket. When I complained, the receptionist said they were out of blankets (which is absurd) and gave me summer sheets. He said he'd leave a note for the cleaning staff to add blankets to our room the next day. My sister fell ill because of it and couldn't sleep properly due to the freezing weather. It's also worth noting that there's no heating in the rooms, and the thermostat responds to the hotel's main unit, with a maximum warming option of 23.5ºC. The windows were enormous, and it was safe to say that 23.5ºC was definitely not enough to keep anyone warm without a proper blanket. The next day at night, we still didn't have blankets, and he basically said the whole hotel was out of blankets. How can that be for a 4-star hotel that's not even stuffed to full capacity? We were at the end of November. This same male receptionist wasn't very nice to me when I pointed this out, and I asked him to take blankets from the vacant rooms. He acted as if he were doing me a favor, rather than as if we were paying a substantial amount for a 4-star hotel experience. He said he'd try to see if he could get one extra blanket (which wasn't extra, since we were missing THREE blankets), but that "wasn't the right procedure". I don't care about the right procedure; I care about how a 4-star hotel didn't have blankets, and we had to feel cold during the night. In the end, he gave us ONE more blanket. Honestly, this experience was a hassle for +600€. I also stayed at this Hotel last year, around the same time (because I like to go to the park for my birthday), and had a much better experience. Can't say I'll choose this hotel for future experiences.

Vila-Seca is a bit dull, but it's close to salou ( I walked there, took me about an hour)

Staff could be more genuine, wifi works very slow (3rd floor), pool opening hours are not making sense for guests visiting Puertaventura during the day as the pool closes already at 7pm, while daytime is until 9pm at least

It was quite specious as it had a kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a big bathroom with bath tube and shower. The location was also good as it was close to train station.

I didn't like the staff, especially one of the receptionist, the most. She had a quite bad attitude and even somehow rude. In the description of booking.com, the electric kettle was mentioned as one the room amenities. But there was no. I went to the reception and asked her with a smile. She treated me with a very bad temper and repeated very loudly "since Covid, I don't have any electric kettle!!!" And then she just left! I waited ia but as I was confused and I thought she left to check the back store or ask her boss. But a few minutes gone and she didn't show up!!!!! Another thing that I didn't like was their weird inconsistent calculation of cost while cheching in. When I was booking the room on booking.com, I selected a room which was for 2 persons, it was a double room. Then, I checked the price for 1 person was the same as 2 persons, only tax should be calculated per person while checking. So, I booked it and enter my name only as the price was the same. But when I was checking in, the reception asked us for 6 Euro per night for my husband as the extra charge, of course tax for 2 person too. But the extra 6 Euro per night was ridiculous as I checked before and I knew that basic price for 1 person or 2 persons should be the same. And the more weird part was that my friend who checked in the bect day with the same situation didn't get extra 6 Euro per noght charged!!!! All in all, in my opinion, it was not a 4 star hotel and definitely didn't worth the money.

Perfect place to stay before/after PortAventura. We had lovely clean and big room with wonderful view! And breakfast was tasty, many fruits, eggs, bacon, sweet things, everything, except vegetables- it could be more vegetables, but children were happy.

Staff very good. Easy checkin. Dinner is very good.

Cleanliness rooms and breakfast and dinner experience all in all a great stay.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff very helpfull and went out their way to find a suitable hotel that allowed dogs.

Not much, was acceptable for only 1 night. But I wouldn’t stay for more!

Stuff! Asked at the reception if I can take breakfast to go, they said yes. Next day went to take breakfast 2go and they said no, I can’t as they don’t have anything to give me to take it like a box or something. Asked for foil, they said they did not have. Took a sandwich in a napkin and then they said they actually don’t allow for 2 to because I might get SICK and then it s their fault. For dinner, at the reception said 14 euros, but at the restaurant it was actually 18 euros. I asked for something that is was under supplement with 9 euros and they actually charged me 19 euros at the end!!! They say one thing and then other happens, felt ripped off.

Reception was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel was very New looking all modern lots of chrome and glass made it very airy and open...we even got a complementary breakfast ? big bed and no noises in the night...I would recommend...

I did just a one night stop over during my trip, off season, and the hotel satisfied my needs, with a great quality-to-price ratio, as it was the cheapest hotel in the area, I believe. It looked like a nice, modern hotel, and I liked the room was large, with a large work desk, good WiFi quality, and reasonably comfy bed. I also managed to find a free parking spot on a street around a corner.

It looks like, at least off season, the hotel is on low maintenance, and it is kind of falling apart: the breakfast was uninspiring - a selection of basic stuff, none looking and tasting particularly delicious; one of the twin beds had some dirt on top of the covers (not sure what was it, but the other bed looked all clean, so I took it easy), also I saw some dust on the floor in the corners of the room; in the bathroom there was some water leaking from the ceiling when folks in a neighboring room were taking shower; the door lock had issues to open (only opened after trying a bunch of times to re-insert the key card); also when I was leaving I saw one elevator standing on my floor with doors open and the elevator flow mis-aligned to the corridor floor - broken, I guessed, and when down by the stairs.In resume, I still found the hotel adequate and good for the price I paid, but I'd be dissapointed if they charged me more, and perhaps I'd choose a different hotel if I were to stay for several days :)

Very spacious. Great view. Comfortable, big bed. Very near the AP7. Very central. Excellent restaurants nearby. Good price. Easy to find and great, safe parking.

There is no electric kettle as advertised and the kitchen space is not usable as there are no utensils. According to the website, the restaurant was supposed to be open during our stay -it was not and no reason given.

Very very disappointing !!!!

Lots, the staff at reception on arrival, poor breakfast and bar facilities, rooms were very basic no bus transfers to Port Aventura!!!!!

Dirty, noisy, no options for breakfast. Not 1 vegetable available

Clean room, polite, friendly staff, safe carpark, proximity to shops for supplies. Great food, found it beneficial to go for half board, rather than just bed and breakfast, much simpler when arriving for dinner.

Not that I didn't like, but the lift buttons don't work on both sides, and the clock appears to be wrong at the top of the lift. Did not affect my stay at all, just small things noted.

We think we left our spare Jaguar remote keys behind and after a phone call and several emails on booking.com. Very upset as this should have been attended to straightaway. We stayed on 1st September so have given them plenty of chance to respond. We always stay here every year but will seriously think about staying again
