They moved us to another room immediately when we had loud neighbors. We really appreciated how accommodating they were!

I had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Residence, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located, with a welcoming atmosphere and professional staff who make you feel at home right away.A special highlight of my stay was the Spa & Tea. The facilities are elegant, relaxing, and designed with great attention to detail. The hydrotherapy circuit is a perfect way to unwind, and the variety of treatments is truly impressive. I tried the Hindu Abhyanga Massage, and it was extraordinary — deeply relaxing, with warm oils and techniques that completely restored my energy and balance. The therapists are skilled and attentive, creating a personalized experience that goes far beyond expectations.I can highly recommend Gaia Residence not only as a great place to stay but also as a destination for anyone looking for a first-class spa experience. I will definitely return on my next trip

Very nice lobby and rooms. Well located. 20 min walk to the rivers edge where we found lots of restaurants. 10 min walk to nice mall.

Carpets need to be changed in hall way and elevators

As we were half board, the availiabilty of the fixed menu daily would have been helpful

Location and spa

Upon our arrival, our requests for the room were not fully met. And while we were having breakfast, someone entered our room with no permission and opened all the windows on a rainy day. While trying to understand what happened and demand accountability, the employees refused to identify themselves hiding the name tags. We had to speak with the hotel director to actually have some feedback and clarification. The room has a kitchen, but not equipped with the minimum things.

To book Swimming pool or Spa implied using Internet hyperlinks. When tried, no longer available spots for the facilities on both cases.

Beautiful hotel, very polite and helpfull staff

Room had 2 single beds with no option to upgrade to a double bed, paid extra to get a river view and i got a view of the parking lot,no tv in front of the bed, the tv was in front of the sofa on the other side of the room, tv was old, windows didn't open, air conditioner was weird. Breakfast wasnt that great, very busy, no way to get cutlery without asking the staff (that were busy doing their jobs)

Very old hotel and needs full refreshment, windows were unclean, bathroom tub is old, water quality is poor (yellowish color), integrated kitchen is old and outdated, cooking gear is totally outdated, bed is small, blanket is thin, TV screen is very small from old days.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, nice view, warm in the room (winter stay).

Disabling room keys before check-out time happened both to us and others who stayed on the same date in a different room.

Large size accommodation, airy and comfortable

We didn’t see a time for breakfast when booking. When we arrived we were informed that breakfast was at 7am. We had to leave for the airport at 6:20/6:30am and therefore would miss breakfast even though we had already paid for it. We asked at reception and they said upon checking out they would have some breakfast boxes ready to eat on the way to the airport. The following morning at 06:30 when we checked out, there were no boxes. We asked the member of staff and he simply shrugged and said there weren’t any with no offer of a solution. We didn’t have time to wait anyway as we were heading to the airport and didn’t want to be late for dropping the hotel car off. It was a very poor attitude. The time for breakfast needs to be much more visible when booking.

People were friendly.

Kitchenette was not equipped even after we asked to bring at least forks and plates....nothing happened.There was dust in the kechenete part as it was not regularly cleaned.Smokers FRONT entrance, one basically MUST go through the smoke wall into and from the hotel:(Cigarettes' trash around the entrance to the hotel.

Breakfast was great and good location.

Duplex apartment was uncomfortable with stairs to the main bedroom and no tv in main bedroom

Having an apartment rather than hotel room. Regular and very good cleaning of the room. Lots of choice at breakfast.

The pool was an extra charge. This was not made clear at booking. In the lift, many signs show additional services at a charge - pool of poster and no charge indicated.Used the pool once and it was cold.

The room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Even though I selected a double bed when booking the hotel and wrote in the observations for a double bed, when we were assigned a room, 2 single beds were given to us. Since the hotel was full it was not so easy to change room to what we booked but in the staff made it possible by giving us a double bed in the hotel right next to ours.

We've liked the room, it was really spacious and confortable The breakfast was also pretty nice and we really liked the small drawing table for the children, really nice touch.

It's wasn't really clear that the checkin for the Residance is in the same place as the Holiday in hotel check in, so it was a bit confusing.The location was pretty far away from everything, it was right in the middle of a neighborhood that didn't had much to offer and we had to walk a long uncomfortable way down with the stroller to reach the river area.The pool is not included and kind of pricy if you want to use it.

Clean, spacious, view, great staff, happy, helpful and polite. Rich breakfast, good food.

I requested a single bed queen or king and wasn't available at the time. All OK.

Very well located, staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, fruits, hot dishes and a very good coffee, didn’t need to be so expensive.

The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working very well, it was a warm night and the room couldn’t get fresh, a little noisy also. It was a front room, perhaps because of that I could hear all the noise from the street.

Location, big room and a wonderful bathroom.

There was a lot of dust under the bed.
