Dorma Almada Porto

Closet space

Room was the furthest from elevator. No smart tv. Air conditioner didn¿t work well.

Renovated rooms, clean, good location

No shampoo, conditioner, or bath gel was provided.

Nice clean hotel.

Kind staff, good location, amenities, shower, comfy bed

Help w luggage up to the room

Perfect location, really nice staff, big and spacious room with a nice view and great bathroom!

The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of foods. The wait staff were very pleasant. The room was tastefully decorated and the hotel was not one of the many other hotels that look "plastic" trying to be "modern". This facility has a comfortable lobby and small library, and tea or coffee available all the time. We had a very quiet room and a most relaxing stay. In central location, easy to walk to many of the sights we wanted to visit.

Everything was excellent. Nothing disappointed us.

Location was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff very friendly

No coffee machines in rooms.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Great location. Staff was very personable and helpful.

Nothing!

All staff were the best! Danielle was very, very helpful, as well as the young man , at the front desk in the morning

Parking is a terrible issue in the large cities of Portugal! The founders were not thinkers, hundreds of years into the future. When much larger streets would be needed and not just horses ?

Great location. Great Customer Service! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming .Comfortable bed. Sufficient room in the room. clean room and other facilities. Good breakfast selections.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

Very Central - within an uphill walk (long) from station.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier/smiled a bit more

Central location and friendly and helpful staff especially at the reception.

Breakfast was good but rather basic for the price you pay.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was centrally located to many sites. The staff was very helpful and compliant with our queries. We had to leave early the day we checked out so they prepped a breakfast box for us. The breakfast was decent. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Tea and coffee was available 24 hours.

Nothing in particular.

Fine location (not super center, but still everything is in good walking distance). Friendly staffs, spacious room, clean bathroom and shower, overall okay value for money.

I wouldn't say its the best quality among 4 stars. Also, the heating system didn't work very well, so it was quite chilly in the room.

Location of hotel not far from centre. Near to metro. Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

No kettle or coffee machine in room. Bar seemed to be closed so getting a tea or coffee was difficult.

Excellent location, good room, good breakfast, friendly staff

Great location and smart hotel. Good selection at breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Air conditioning in rooms and no noise at front of hotel if you keep the windows closed. Beds a bit firm for us though.

The staff were excellent, it was very clean and was in a great location.

The in house bar was very poor. No one was drinking there.

Staff so helpful and friendly. Downside was carpark view from a superior room and no coffee facilities in room. However you could use coffee machine in restaurant area.
