Pros +
- Excellent location right near the port wine cellars and the douro river.
- The room os ok!
- The staff here is amazing and the location is really amazing!
Cons -
- Noise from the common area carried into the rooms. You could hear pretty clearly when people talked in the common area or went up/down the stairs.
- The hotel accused me of breaking a shower that was already broken. They didn't answer my calls while the water was leaking and when I finally got to talk to someone, he told me he was away from the hotel and would not go there. I Will nit bÃÂê back!
