- Good food, friendly welcome, clean and quite
- The hotel is a beautiful building. The garden in the sunshine was beautiful. the food was delicious and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I stumbled across this hotel and I'm so glad I did. if in this area again I will definitely try and find it again.
- Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast included.
Cons -
- There was nothing too dislike. maybe the sun was too bright, but that's beyond the control of the staff
- Would have preferred the TV lower down on the wall, but overall it was a lovely place
- Didnt like that on the saturday they had a private function on in the bar and we were not told beforehand untill we got back to the bar and told we could not go in as it was private party neither could we park our vehicle as there were no spaces even though we were staying at the hotel for 3 nights we think we should of been told either when we checked in or on the saturday morning after breakfast so that we could of made alternative arrangements for saturday night in advance just think there guests should have been told

We love returning to this hotel. The owners are so friendly. The location is excellent. Breakfast and dinner, both excellent.
We have stayed here a few times now. The couple who own the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Veurne but still very peaceful. Food in their bistro is very good. Also it’s great to have secure parking so near the centre of town. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.
The hotel is situated in a very elegant building and ideally situated within close walking distance of the centre of Veurne. The room was very comfortable, the staff attentive and the breakfast selection was very appetizing.
Lovely hosts. Fantastic building. Great location. Really good breakfast. Will definately return.
A lovely old building and friendly staff

Every thing was good when we arrived

Everything, room was spacious, clean and warm.
I was only there for one night.
A really elegant, family run hotel in the centre of the lovely town of Veurne. Extremely friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. Will definitely return and thoroughly recommend both the hotel and the town.
Superb breakfast and terrific hosts
Pillows not real to our liking
Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Would recommend.
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location run by very helpful and professional staff.
Cosy clean room, nice and willing personnel, splendid breakfast, cofee machine (for capsules) in the room, vending machine for late snacks & drinks when the kitchen/bar is closed.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.Great choice for the breakfast.
Maybe it would be nicer to renew the bed and mattress.
Beautiful property, comfortable room with lots of space and comfy bed. Good variety of breakfast food. Friendly staff.
No air con so a little bit warm in the room but fine with window open.
Comfortable room with very nice shower, excellent breakfast, great location in centre of pitoresque Veurne. The hotel itself is a magnificent building!
no climate control
The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was excellent. Free parking was very welcome and the location was excellent: just a few minutes walk into the town centre. The roof structure was very impressive if a little inconvenient.
It might be better to ask if guests have any dietary requirements before thrusting plates of meat and cheese at them for breakfast. It was a hot night so we had to leave the window open; unfortunately this meant being eaten alive by mosquitos! The second floor attic room was 'cosy' and would have been extremely uncomfortable for taller guests. I expect first floor rooms would have more headroom. The room was quite dark; only two of the four light bulbs were working.
