Location and exceptional staff- front desk, breakfast and cleaning

Nothing I can think of. Perhaps a fridge in the room?

Close to the lake and city center. Excellent service. Great breakfast buffet. Karin @ front desk was above & beyond. Very personal and detail-oriented.

Was good but this experience was strange and left with bad remember

When we were leaving the hotel the person working in recepción asked me to pay. However my invoice was already payed. I did. ask her to Double Check, she was upset because she was sure I didn’t pay. When she saw in the system that invoice was already parleys she didn’t say sorry and told me was booking fault that didn’t inform her. But the way she was managing was impolite and finally she gave my the invoice upset and no one sorry for me waiting there her double checks and anything

Location is more or less on the lake and close to the trainstation.

There was no reception. Noise from hallway and neighboring room from guests coming and leaving, plus some conversations.

Excellent location right across the road from the train station making it most convenient if you are arriving by train to Starnberg. Very sumptuous breakfast with plenty of choices. Good coffee too. Our room was on the second floor and located at the back corner of the hotel, so it was really quiet and not disturb by the street noise and restaurant below. The room is sufficiently furnished and clean. Clean towels and bath room too.

Nothing much really. Small elevator but can't expect much with such classic hotel. One has to be careful when taking the shower in the bath tub. The water may flow out and wet the carpet outside the bath room. Small bath room but it is expected of such classic hotel.

Good breakfast and location

Wasn’t instructed there was hotel parking , so had to use the public paying area . Which only had a maximum 2 hours , so had to keep returning to top up

Its location and the friendly efficient staff. Also a very quiet location.

Next to a relatively busy road and train line, and the shower cubicle was a bit small.

This is a very nice hotel on the lake with easy access to the train station. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. No air conditioning but a very effective fan supplied.

With windows open for fresh air in the heat, the noise from trains coming/going from the station in front of the hotel disturbed us a bit in the mornings. But the location was worth it for access to the lake.

The location is great

The shower in the bathroom did not work well. It did not stand in its place so the water leaked all over the bathroom. Also it seemed like the bin in the bathroom was dirty.

Great staff. They were all really helpful. The location is really good for both a lakeside view ans for access to the railway station. Breakfast was also good

Sadly there was no seal on the shower door which resulted in a flooded bathroom. This was such a shame as it caused me quite a bit of inconvenience. The shower itself had been fantastic - so powerful! But as a consequence there was even more water all over the bathroom floor!

The location was okay. Right in front of the train-station where we arrived. Some shops and restaurants nearby. The lake is beautiful. The bed was okay, comforter not very warm.

Breakfast was adequate but by no means great. The yogurt was warm both days. The WiFi in the room was terrible. The staff did nothing to try and help. The bathroom is tiny, shower not handy, cracks in the sink.

Service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was attractive and clean, and the attached restaurant was very good value.

A bit pricey for what it has to offer.

Excellent situation very close to the lake and to the train station. We used the parking which was behid the hotel. The breakfast is quite varied and complete, the room was comfortable.

The lift had some minor problems which affected the capacity. Nothing else to remark.
