Not satisfied

Rooms are very small. Not enough towels to take a shower. No towels for face. Room was very moist. No ventilation. The leak from window made a bed smell. Pets friendly, which gave me allergy. On the top of it the drainage was clogged.

Large, clean room with very comfortable bed. Black out curtains and quiet location made for a good night’s sleep. No amenities in room, but vending machines at reception.

The hotel is on the edge of town in an industrial estate. There is no public transport nearby. This property is for passing through, not visiting the city.

Hotel was clean, well-managed, and easy to find.

The reception is on the second floor and must be accessed via elevator. Although there are smallish signs indicating this, a larger more prominent sign is needed. Several times I had to assist new arrivals in getting to reception.

Needed a hotel room to rest during our roadtrip and this was actually perfect. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Only cons would be parking was a bit tricky when it comes to insert code to exit and maybe some hairdryer in room would be nice, but still very good hotel for a short stay

Just that it was cheaper than the other options

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus stops. Its a 35-45 minutes ride from the city center. Breakfast is pathetic. Rooms have smoking smell. Corridors are not clean. No basic amenities available

Clean rooms an good sleeping facilities for a decent price and friendly people working there. Perfect place to stay whilst travelling to the south.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And the location great.

Didn't like the cleanlinessThe bathroom was not very clean. The mirror was dirty, bathroom door was very dirty and the floor too. And it had lots of hair in both the bathroom and the bedroom.

I cannot explain to you how inconvenient this location is. It is marked incorrectly on Google Maps, but beyond that it is complicated to get to via car off the highway, and it is complicated to get to on foot from public transportation. Absolutely abysmal location.

The fact that the basement parking is paid. 6 euros is quite expensive for the area

the room was standard

there was no air conditioning, even though it was listed as if it did! we got changed to multiple rooms, the AC didn’t work in either of them and nobody knew how to get it working, it was a disaster, we ended up going to bed sweaty and tired at 4am

Reception and cleaning staff was great. First room assigned smelled like smoke but reception changed me immediately to a cleaner room no cigarette smell. Great location to get on motorway right away departing from Lyon

Pillows are very small

Located next to the highway, good position if you come by car and don't want to drive into the city centerThe beds are comfortable.

We opened the door to the room for which we got the code to unlock. There was somebody sleeping in the bed! We got another room but you can imagine how save your things are and how comfortable you feel in the room if other guests get accidently the access code to other peoples rooms.In addition to that, we had to contact the reception 4 times until they managed to open the door to the car garage for us which we paid for.It seems like there are people living in the hotel who throw their rubish out of the window.The hotel is surrounded by a big road and blocks of flats, not the nicest place to stay in Lyon.

The breakfast is not satisfying, with no many choices and always the same. No drink water in the room and you have to buy from the vending machine. Also we met a power cut and had to climb to 6th floor...

2 min to bus stop 35 direction city. Garage available.

No restaurant nearby.

Good location if you need to be this side of town.

thé non smoking rooms stink of smoke and one of the pillow cases hadn’t been changed - not good with Covid around.

Great affordable quality as usual with B&B. Friendly staff and good location. Also benefits from having food delivered to the hotel 24hrs per day!

The hotel has limited parking and as it’s huge if there is none under the hotel, then it’s a struggle to find on street. Also in comparison to other B&B brand hotels this one could do with an update.
