You pay extra money for the late check out, so you can sleep a little more and the staff wake up (3 times) to clean the room (they just open the door).

Great value for money! The room was not big but very cozy and clean. The staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was simple but good and with very comfortable hours (6-10). The location is not ideal but public transportation is very convenient to and from the hotel. Overall, for the budget we had for the trip, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is no secured parking. Our car glass was broken and staff stolen.

I was offered an upgrade free of charge as they thought a different room would be better suited to my needs. The location is served a great tramline, it’s a base for the price paid.

The cafe/bar wasn’t open for a drink - it would be nice if there was a vending machine for when it’s closed.

Well located, close to main transport. Not super close to downtown. But okay. Rooms super comfy and good restaurant inside.

I liked the dinner and the service from the dinner’s staff.

I didnt liked that people smoked in the rooms and nobody did anything about it.

They have breakfast available. You can use the public transport directly to the Eklo. The bed's are comfortable. The room is basic and small. Don't expect a big room. You have your own shower in a twin room.

The location is a bit far. The main sights are more on the other side of the city. The rest was fine.

I stayed in a room on the 9th floor and got an amazing view of Lyon from my window. The hotel is situated in Vénissieux just outside the city boundaries of Lyon and tramline T4 has a stop just outside the hotel. Metro D also has a stop nearby. The tram allows quick access to Lyon's extended public transport network and travels directly to Part Dieu train station as well.Eklo Hotel itself was lovely. Staff are fluent in French and English and they were nice and helpful. Breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. There is also a Carrefour just across the boulevard in case you need to buy supplies or food.

Honestly can't think of anything. I would stay here again without hesitation if I ever spend time in Lyon again.

Excellent quality for its price. Nice and cosy dining-area/bar. Close to public transportation making it 15min to Lyon city centre.

It stated that the hotel is 1.4km from the center. This is why we took the hotel since it is still a walking distance. In reality It is about 8 km from Lyon center. We needed to take the car and pay extra for parking.In addition the breakfast does not worth the money. There is barely something to eat. If you want decent coffee you need to pay extra 3.5 euro.
