Hotel near Carpi city on a bypass road. Friendly and helpful staff. Full breakfast with both salty and sweet options. Fitness room available from 6:00 a.m.

The soundproofing of the room (I was on the second floor) could be improved, but it didn't particularly affect my rest.

Great value during the Grand Prix, Nice and quiet countryside atmosphere. Staff was AMAZING. Breakfast was AMAZING

The shower was tiny and VERY slick. I pulled a groin muscle when my foot slipped and had to catch myself. And the water was not very hot. Taking a shower after a long day felt more of a chore than the relaxing time you want it to be.

Pretty dirty and full of dust inside rooms.

The breakfast and the coffee are extremely good. The receptionist printed for me a 10 pages document that I needed.

The main entrance of the Hotel looks like a Vault. It's dark and dimmed lightning Depressing for me . 4 star Hotel?? Needs update. It was OK for a few days.

Free and big parking ,near to autostrada if you are traveling ,friendly staff, good breakfast

Our room was not clean ,there was spiders in the second door which was unlocked when we entered the room , shower was not properly cleaned and the sofa was dirty as in attached photo

Room was big, clean and bathroom had walk in shower. Breakfast was really good and lady was very helpful.

The restaurant was closed and there was no bar. Luckily there was a restaurant not far away who fitted us in.

Some of the parking spaces are roofed.

No climate control in a very warm room. If we had opened the window we would have been eaten by the moskitoes. No one seems to speak a second language there. And the scrambled eggs were almost liquid.

This is by no means a 4star hotel. It may have been once upon a time, however, those days are long gone. It did serve our purpose though as it was conveniently located on our way, was reasonably clean, provided good breakfast (other items along with the usual Italian sweet fare) and parking space.

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The hidden places in the room were not too clean (rubbish under the desk, spider webs behind the door, mold in the shower, horrible additional blankets in the closet that were full of other people's hair, etc.), the reception lobby toilet wasn't very clean .. so a tad too expensive for what you get.

The safe parking and the full breakfast. Very clean and close to a shopping center.
