Beautiful location, the gardens are stunning! It was easy to find. Was perfect spot to stay for the wedding I attended a little ways away. Staff was very friendly and helpful, some didn't speak English but worked with you to make sure you had a good stay. Very patient. Restaurant was amazing!

If you're in the interior rooms after a certain hour the outside doors are locked. So you have to ring in. Which is great that they had someone available, I just felt bad waking him up.

The rooms were really comfortable with a great bathroom. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and were so generous giving us lots of dishes to try - for free. The restaurant and bar facilities were terrific and great value.

Breakfast was delicious with expresso and homemade pastries choice of American or Italian freshly cooked by wonderful chefs!

It was amazing the owner and his family went above and beyond, maybe just a softer pillow !

Very nice place. Stuff was very kind and informative. The room was awesome - we had place for everything. We liked seating outside in the evening to enjoy the place. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely return.

The hotel has a very good restaurant serving Tuscan food with a neapolitan touch. Very nice staff. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Ask for the fried eggs for breakfast, you will get one of the best hams in Toscana.

The lighting in the room was a bit of a problem. The room itslef is quite dark, and the only big lamp in the room didn't work, although they changed the bulb once.

My room was simple, clean and had everything I needed. The safe had got blocked but the owner gave me the key so I could use it until he was able to sort it out. Good breakfast and they cooked me something special as I have a dairy issue. I stayed here as I was visiting a friend just up the road but Bettolle is also a good place if you want to travel around this part of Tuscany - it is close to Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, etc.

The warm welcome, amazing staff, beautiful property, lovely room and the restaurant. The owner and his family and staff took excellent care of all their guests and were so happy! Exceeded my expectations across the board!

Lovely place. Delicious breakfasts - wide range of Italian pastry, English breakfast made fresh at request. In the evenings the restaurant was filled with local people, served not only realy tasty food but also a glance at Italian life :)The room was spotless and cleaned every day.Everything according to the description at Booking.

Breakfast was plentiful - freshly cooked omelettes, with bread, cheese, tomatoes and prosciutto. Yogurt, juices and tea/coffee as needed. Really good pasta and pizza for dinner, with extensive drinks selection

I would have liked a kettle and tea making facilities in the room. Some fruit would have been a good addition too breakfast

We had a overnight stay in one of the suite's the suite was perfect very clean & had Everything one would need . The food was another level we had dinner & breakfast *5 Perfecto ?

Booked to stay overnight for a road-trip. Hotel has two Tesla Destination Chargers. Hotel looks very nice and the restaurant looks very authentic. Also the food is of good quality. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are simple.

Rooms are spacious but poorly decorated, the beds are extremely hard and the bathroom is of poor quality. Very small sink and the shower cabin is very fragile. Also the lighting makes it even look worse. There are only very few power outlets, so charging multiple devices is a challenge.

The location was gorgeous. The staff was very attentive and supportive of requests. We required minimal interaction, but the interaction we did have was enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything met expectations.
