We liked everything. Staff was very nice and helpful, the food was very good and the room very clean.

The room was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay.The base rate of €100 per night was initially reasonable for the quality offered.

The €30 fee for bringing a dog felt excessive, as I’m used to seeing around €15 elsewhere.The response to my cancellation request was disappointing: either a €10 discount or a €50 cancellation fee.When my partner got locked out just after midnight, the owner’s reaction came across as annoyed, rather than helpful or understanding.

Great travel stop, 5 minutes of the motorway so more of a gasthouse than a motel feel. Super modern and equiped but retains traditional feel.Restaurant in house, and excelent restaurants nearby.

The building looks nice and clean with a charming biergarten next to it. The bed was comfortable. Good value for money. Good hotel for passing through when traveling.

- Although it wasn’t such a sunny day, it was uncomfortably hot in the room without airconditioning. Opening the windows wasn’t helping much to catch a good night sleep, because our room was next to a really busy road where cars are passing all night.- They state the restaurant is open until 22h, but it was already closed when we arrived at 20h. The receptionist advised a few other restaurants in the city though.

Great staff, comfortable, clean and spacious room, elevator, Biergarten on premises, location close but not too close to the highway.

The street got noisy at a very early hour.

We booked lastminute on our way to Italy and it was a welcome surprise to arrive at this comfortable place with a great restaurant and breakfast

It stayed a little too hot in the room during the night

Room nr 6, hot because of the weather. No aircon. Had to sleep with the windows open to have some fresh air. Stayed hot during the whole night. This room is located on the side the road, lots of car noise. People were having a loud conversation below our room, had to ask them to lower their voices, this helped. Few hours of sleep later we decided to leave early. You get what you pay for.

Amazing location and very picturesque German building.

Breakfast could certainly be improved. Not enough continental variety. Other German hotels serve more fruits and vegetables with more variety of breads.

to stay with the family in one room, spacious and clean. not far away from the high way and you can check in late when you ask

soms beds are noisy when you turn, but we where very tired so then it was not that of a problem

A lovely friendly hotel with a restaurant. A very clean room - we were a group of 3 friends and stayed in a very spacious room for 3. Very comfortable stay.

The restaurant menu was a little sub-par but we still enjoyed our dinner.

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. Everything is beyond reproach. You should know that they have at least 2 huge multibed rooms, brilliant for larger parties. We travel with another family and so our 4 'children' (in their 20's) can share. Excellent restaurant, have the Schweinshaxe if you're hungry. Breakfast is plentiful. Convenient stopover en route to Alps. Large shopping centre nearby for supplies/fuel. All staff super friendly. Enjoy!

Clean. Nice spacious room. Perfect charger for the ioniq car. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Close to highway 7.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We booked a quadruple room and we all had a good bed. The bathroom was clean and had all that was needed.

The information in booking website was not totally accurate. We were travelling with our dog and it was written that a fee may apply at the hotel. We were on a road trip and made a late booking, counting that we would be charged 10-15 € for the dog, as other hotels we stayed at. However, when we arrived we were informed that the price for the dog was 30 € (to give you a reference, that is what we paid per person if we divide the price of the room by 4). We found it outrageous and told them that when the fee is so high it should be published. They claim that they have this information in their website, which I don't see in the price list of their rooms.We talked to the manager, who refused to take the responsibility for the lack of information and insisted to charge us as much money for the dog as for each one of us. Of course no bed, water bowls, etc was provided for the dog. We were put in a situation where we had no choice but to pay the price they require, as the hotel refused to take responsibility for this information not to be available in Booking.com. I think that they should be required to give accurate information and that the guest should not be left to take the responsibility for their mistake.

Very nice location with a good restaurant and very friendly staff. We felt very welcome and we had a nice time with our family in the surroundings of Senden.

A very nice stay for us, with really friendly staff, a spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and a good breakfast buffé. Free parking on the premises. The restaurant was nice and cosy and served good food and beer.
