Parkhotel Bilm im Gluck am Stadtrand Hannovers

everything

internet access could be better

Very good hotel with wellness facilities. Great breakfast and dinner.

Friendly staff, good rate, excellent wellness, nice spacious quiet location.

Breakfast could use a bit more veg and fruit.

Swimming pool, spa and free room bar.

Christmass decorations and warm atmosphere.

Nice staffComfortable beds

They charged for parking, even though I had an EV and the charging was highly over priced. You should care about your environmentally conscious customers and install own chargers and price the service reasonable. The breakfast was said to start 07.00, but the scrambled eggs came in 07.20.

What a fantastic hotel! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The hotel and its beautiful surroundings are truly charming. Check-in was seamless and professional, and our room with a view was spotless and extremely comfortable. The spa was a delightful surprise, and our experience was topped off with an excellent dinner on the patio.

Relax zone was fantastic! The room very clean and comfortable. Hotel small but very nice!!!

The accommodation was absolutely great. The room was beautifully furnished and decorated,, everything was clean and functional. A surprise was the mini bar included in the price, which is not a much usual elsewhere. A large selection for breakfast from the classic and above-standard menu. Dinner really great. But what really surprised me was the absolutely great wellness, which is free for guests. I enjoyed the Beautiful pool, Finnish sauna, Steam room and relax room, all on both days. A comfortable 15-minute drive to the fair by car. I hereby greet the owners and thank you for their accommodation. The lady owner was even at my check out and she obviously understands the work and is not afraid of it

Great breakfast, big rooms, great personal, parking in premises, clean, quiet, etc.

Everything was great.

Very charming hotel with awesome staff. Quite close to the highway. When you enter the hotel it’s like a Disney fairytale. Beautiful property in a village. Great place to take a rest. Delicious food, perfect spa to take out the stress and enjoy the silence. Rooms are clean and tidy. I was hungry at night and I opened the mini fridge and guess what! knoppers bar! For that price I couldn’t ask more!

not applicable. Nothing to dislike.

Comfortable and relaxed place, the sauna and small swimming pool were very pleasant. We got a spatious room on the attic with a lovely lookout on a chestnut tree.

A separate fee for parking though a car seems to be the only way to get there.

Everything (Dinner, breakfast, stay etc.)

Size of wellness facilities could have been better (3 pers. in steam) max. 4 in sauna.

The dinner and breakfast buffets we're amazing. The staff was very friendly. I stayed two times withing a week and my wife and I enjoyed both nights.

I was double charged or received a large charge close to the cost of a night stay and when I asked at check out the staff member basically said it wasn't their fault. He blamed it on booking.com even when I showed him bank/credit card statements showing it was the hotel who charged me. Had no explanation as to why I was charged the amount showed.

Nice hotel in a small village near Hannover. Excellent food in the hotel and in the village restaurants.

Good attention and nice clean place.

The price for the week I stayed.
