Hotel Norat Palmeira Playa

The location is nice the breakfast was good and reception was friendly.

The room facing car park was small and the window too high. The dinner restaurant was not friendly and we felt we were not welcome since they told us they had too many guests.

The pool area and view over the sea was wonderful, our room was large and comfortable, there is ample parking available, reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The pillows were not comfortable, we found the restaurant (which felt like a basement even though it opened on 2 sides) not very pleasant and in general the property is a bit outdated and sagging.

Everything. The location was excellent, as well as the room.Very good breakfast and very nice staff.

The insonorization was not that good.

you need to ensure to get a room with seaview. also, you need your own transport / car in the area, taxi's rather limited

Room wasn’t clean-specially the toilet. At breakfast there weren’t enough seats at the table.

Location - great location on top of secluded beach and right on coast.

The dining room staff were totally overworked .. we were told that the dining room was fully booked when we arrived .. not great for a four star hotel .. however they did finally agree to feed us in the cafeteria which was only out of the goodness of the heart of the maitre d … We stayed two nights , breakfast the first day was mayhem … the second night we got a table in the dining room and bfast was calmer.

We loved the location. Right in front of the beach. The breakfast was great.

The room was small. There weren't many options for dinner, and the portions were really tiny. I expected more from a 4 stars hotel.

Breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.,everything was there, scrambled eggs, toast, juice, cereal,...

The buffet breakfast was a good value for money, really fresh and tasty food. The pool and the beach offer perfect balance for enjoying the sun. Our room although interior had enough sunlight to keep us happy.

Location is great. Views are amazing.

Old property which has not been renovated. Ventilation system si old and very noisy; difficult to sleep while having the air conditioning on. Some walls and roofs have been patched/painted badly and paint comes off when touched. Breakfast is nothing special at all; actually is very poor. Overall, extremely expensive for the service received.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet beachside location. Clean room, lovely balcony overlooking the beach in the beachside rooms. And we loved that they had a small sofa you could sit in and relax if you wanted to watch TV>

Unfortuneatly they allow smoking on the balconies and so we had to put up with the smoking from the balcony next door and unfortunatly the smell and smoke came into our room. It meant we could not really enjoy sitting out on the balcony or even sit in our room with the doors open. We had to close them. Very disappointing. They do not allow smoking in the rooms maybe that should include the balconies.

Great location.

Even it was like 18 degrees and raining outside, the temperature in the room is very high. AC is not working correctly or is working very poorly. We could open the windows and it was very comfortable inside, however in hot weather it would be unacceptably hot.

Right by the beach, very comfortable, lovely staff!
