Hotel is stunning in terms of the beautiful property, rooms & that pool is gorgeous

Food was terrible and totally budget in comparison to the price

The hotel is well located, beautifully set up with nice restaurants and close to the marina. It has a lovely gym & spa.

The pool was too cold and the poolside food has room for improvement

One of the best, if not the best resorts I have stayed at. Everything, to the dot was perfect! The staff from the minute we arrived to the facilities, spa and checking out late and able to stay around and enjoy everything! We will be back very soon.

Nothing to change

We were made to feel like VIPs from the moment we entered the property to the day we left. Special thanks to Mo (Hotel Manager) for his care and attention and Miguel for parking our car several times. We loved our Studio accommodation, especially the bathroom. The Spa was also fab.

The Weather! Nothing much Mo and his team could do about the rain. Mini moan - the golf course wasn't that great.

Very poor

The stay was over priced specially given the time of year. The food is not fresh, we were served burgers with old crumbling bread buns, almost cracked my tooth on a bone left in the ox tail meat, oxtail croquettes were tasteless. The service was rude. We have been here several times before but the facilities do not work out of season, service stops, and food quality drops des not justify a 500 euro per night rate…

We were upgraded to the most amazing suite! The staff was extremely friendly, food excellent

Modern and well kept, great location. The design is different then the usual, has a nice feel of Spanish heritage but with a modern twist. Spa facilities are very nice too

The people, the facilities, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were superb

The quality of food could be improved in the restaurants and there could be greater choice of non alcoholic spirits (rather than just non alcoholic beer)

Excellent child care, and facilities. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Good breakfast offering.

The comfort and quiet surroundings. The rooms were beautiful. The staff were amazing and polite for the the whole trip and helped with girlfriend with gluten free options.

Very nice spacious area with developed facilities for comfortable stay and enough privacy. We were also fascinated by upgrade of the room for our special occasion. The staff was very helpful at any spot of the hotel: the reception, pool, restaurants. Also, as we planned some golf sessions the hotel assisted with booking time at any golf clubs in the area.

We had a lovely weekend stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was beautiful. The hotel facilities are stunning and very well maintained and the spa and gym are great.

Having spent over €400 for 1 night I wouldn’t have expected to have to pay €18 a night for parking. There is free parking along the road outside the hotel however this was completely full and chaotic as the golfers use this area too. Guests of the hotel should have free and exclusive parking within the hotel.

Lovely facilities and setting

Disappointing service. We were told the soft drinks in the room fridge would be restocked daily. They were not. The coffee pods were never restocked either.Our toilet had obvious problems but the cleaning staff did nothing

Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. Breakfast (included in our room) was very high quality with a great selection. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The Adults only pool was fabulous. We were so well looked after and really appreciated the gifts in our room. The hotel uses WhatsApp to message and we found this really easy to get answers to our question. attentive staff where nothing was too much trouble. Perfect for a quick break - we can't wait to go back!

Pool side had great views. The breakfast area was relaxing. Staff were always helpful and polite.

Need a wider breakfast menu and more seating at night to watch the entertainment

The Gym & all the restaurants were great!

- My booking was 10 days, i needed to push by 1 day. But they refused to. And I had to lose a day & pay for an extra one by the end. Not flexible at all.- I asked for a spoon to my room & they said it’s 5 Euros to deliver it. Lol- Staff are mostly friendly, but were not aligned on many things, we kept getting different answers from different staff members. Confusing.

Beautifully done - facilitles amazing and loads of food choise

Drains were blocked in out room and it took 24 hours to get the staff to sort it out
