Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Bucharest North

Ramada North is great place to stay during your visit in Bucharest. It has an idal position between park and office area. The hotel is very confortable, quiet and with a pleasant personnel.

Dissapointed with breakfast, cleanliness, smell, and the worst of all, there is no direct access from parking to the hot

It was below any 4 stars hotel I stayed ever. The room had a smell of closed air. You cannot go straight from parking to the hotel. You need to go around the back of the hotel, aprox 150 meters in rain with you luggage to be able to enter

My trip was very difficult, so hotel gave me warm Welcome on my arrival!Check-in experience was great ?The front desk were very helpful!Easy to communicate! The rooms are very clean, big, the beds are comfortable.I love staying here!

I booked with breakfast included and hotel disagreed and ask for booking.com to fix. 24 hours later issue was fixed by booking.com but, i had lost first breakfast, no received no apologies from hotel and no compensation for the lost breakfast.

Friendly personnel. Good restaurant with local and Lebanese cuisine.

Horrible. Avoid!

They practically ruined our relaxation weekend. They couldn’t fix the heating system, and we froze overnight, which even led to me catching a cold. The following day, we requested that the heating be fixed, and while we looked for medicine, they informed us that everything had been resolved by simply turning the room temperature to the maximum. This was precisely what we had done the night before, and guess what? The room was still stone cold.Finally, they agreed to change our room. But, once again, it was the same type of room, just two floors up. Naturally, the problem persisted. They ultimately offered to bring us a portable heater. This was all that could be done in a so-called four-star hotel.They could not find us a warm and clean room in such a large hotel. It was horrible! We decided to cut our stay short and go home. They didn’t even bother to apologise. The service quality was very poor, showing disinterest and a lack of care for the customer.This exemplifies management failure and business loss. We certainly do not recommend this hotel and will advise all our friends to avoid it.

A bit old feeling

The hotel is tidy and clean, and the staff is exceptionally polite. Rooms are spacious and there are all you need - towels, toiletries, bathrobe, disposable slipers, ketler, coffee, tea).

What is missing are power outlets in the room, especially near the bed (there’s only one on one side of the bed, hidden behind the curtain, and it didn’t work). The food in the restaurant is average (I wouldn not recommend the chicken soup, as it’s literally like a warm water with some pieces of meat and vegetables). The sauna and hammam are clean but it looks like slightly neglected. The hotel corridors have a somewhat unpleasant (plastic-like) odor.

Amazing breakfast with lot of choices for everybody. Room size. Kind staff.

Hotel is quite old. Mattress on the bed was very bad (old one with springs inside, you hear it when you change position in the bed). Carpet in the room also very old, not looking good.

Nothing really I liked which amazed me compare to other hotels in this price range.

behavior of staff (specially at reception), Smelly room with very old carpets (not even clean), sound coming from the bed (seems very old furniture), no stores nearby, have to take a long walk for small things, and breakfast menu is very poor (compare to my other stays in same price range i. e. Courtyard Marriott)

Room was stuffy, old carpeting smelling bad, old air-conditioning not even working. Windows were locked, had to ask staff to open them not to suffocate. Food was really bad. Would not recommend.

The location, walking distance to a restaurant where we had our event.

There was a small issue with some garbage leftovers on the hallway. It looked like few things got left behind when housekeeping was cleaning the room.

Needs renewing. The matress was old and unconfortable. Moreover, at this price, one would expect shower gel and shampoo as separate optiona.

Parking was a mess , I payed for it but then no lots were available in the evening.

Room was nice and clean. Restaurant staff were rude.

During the breakfast, restaurant employee was rude and unprofessional. Firstly he was unhappy, that I came with baby stroller and moved one chair on the side of the table, he told, that "here" it's done not "like that": "you should put your chair here, baby stroller here" and he started to move everything around, including me.After that, I waited, that someone will propose me baby-chair, when it didn't happen, I waved my hand and asked for employee's assistance. He made a really angry face, and started to talk to himself, like I asked him something really stupid. As a result, he came, and I asked him, if I can have a baby-chair. He told me "ooo, you don't need it, just put your baby on couch. No problem." If I would want to catch my 8 mo around the table, floor and couch, I would not request a baby-chair from the first place. I insisted on baby-chair, and he brought it, again, with "face and moving everything around ceremony."But it's not the end.We took filtered coffee from buffet, in big coffee cups and putted them on the table. We are chatting and having breakfast, this employee coming, putting plates under the cups with words: "here, you need to put this plate under the cups"! Here, it's where exactly, Buckingham Palace?At that point, it was not even funny anymore.He left, I got angry, and removed that plate under my cup. 5 minutes later he is coming, end moving my cup again...For the sake of all parents with small children, or any foreigners who will visit this place, I wrote all the situation in detail.

Large, clean, room. Nice breakfast. Very kind staff.

The room was a bit warm and AC was not on / working yet for the season.
