- Good location, very warm
- The location is nice, you can walk easily to historic places. Big room, clean, tasty breakfast, no noise from the street.
- I want to tell you that we felt like unpleasant guests. Because we flew in early and were there at 12 o'clock. Check-in was at 4 o'clock and they waited for us at the door of the room where it turned out we were supposed to enter. The reason was that the room was supposedly not free. We arrived for a wedding and were going to be late for the wedding. Everyone called, we asked everyone if we could come in a little earlier so we could change and not be late for the wedding. But they refused.... Finally they let us in at 4 o'clock. Water was coming out of the bathroom and toilet, complete hell. The receptionist, the kitchen, the cleaner and the manager were the same woman, who gave me the feeling that all female guests were disgusted. But she was very warm and attentive to men.I was in Bucharest for the first time, and it was such hell that I will never go back...My rating is zero!!!!
Cons -
- Bathroom fixtures were a problem: dented sink, toilet reservoir was not working properly, failing to flush correctly. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The fried eggs were cold, rubbery and stiff, which quite ruined the meal. It’s hard to imagine how eggs could be made that way unless they were pre-cooked way ahead and left sitting out for quite a while before being served.
- No elevator, since it’s an old building. If you carry a lot of luggage can be hard. Tea pot was with the rust inside, but it was changed when I mentioned that.

lobby
Standard European breakfast buffet in basement. Adequate space.
Reception is up a flight of stairs, and room 202 up another. Bed is rock hard. Room was too cool and no way to adjust
“Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Would definitely come back!”
Good WiFi.
Many stairs. Watch the steps all the time.
Close to the train station, which was important to aus. The self-serve breakfast was good.
We booked two rooms, one had a broken toilet seat and there were holes in the towels, also the sink was leaking. Mattress were very hard
Bad
The hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel. This hotel is not even an 1 star hotel. Very dirty, aggressive personnel, no reception, no room service.
I liked that it was close to the center and had close transportation...the room also had heating and hot water.
I didn't like that they didn't come to clean our room or change the sheets and towels....also the breakfast wasn't good
Good communication regarding check-in and site entry, friendly staff, good WiFi. Good breakfast. A tip. The hotel is close to 100 bus route to and from the airport and city centre. City centre is about 30mins walk. And 30minutes to the rugby stadium if necessary.15 minutes away close to Victoria Platz is a small street market selling amazing cakes, sausages and traditional stews.
Nothing. Makes KlausK in Helsinki look poor.
Everything was perfect, we stayed in two separate nights and in the last one it was not possible to have breakfast and the staff made us a lunch packet for us.
Poor
Nope, never again! There’s nothing to like. No parking, difficult registration, rude staff with poor English, dirty carpet and very cringe atmosphere in general. Not recommend! It’s not worth the money!
Breakfast was okay. An uncomfortable feeling was caused by a female staff member who kept staring at the guests
The sewage smell in the hotel room was terrible. Interesting hotel rooms on two floors.
Spacious room, tidy, good location.
They should check the sockets as the one beside the bed was broken, didn't work properly.
Very big comfortable room with comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good variety and was very nice. Staff were very helpful. 15 minute walk to Bucharest North station. Small supermarket 5 minute walk.
Breakfast is ok, not too many too choose but it's fine
What i didnt like? The lady looking at my husband like it's a trophy for her... :))) get a life and grow upNo hairdryer in the roomEdit!!!!The lady called me and told me "you should be ashamed, how dare you to leave such a review on booking"Sooo... thanks for the call. You have some serious behavior problems!
Very close to train station
Cleanliness, also no windows in my room
THA STAFF WAS NICEGOOD BREAKFASTROOM WAS ESTHETIC AND COMFI
ABIT OF BED SMELL FROM TOIALET.ONLY ONE SMALL WINDOW IN THE ROOM
Disappointing
The breakfast was awful, with flies on the food, and overall, it gave the impression that they were serving the same cold cuts from previous days. They put us in the attic room (even though all the rooms were empty—for instance, there was no one at breakfast), and we kept hitting our heads on the ceiling. The bathroom was so low that you had to crouch to take a shower. It's about a half-hour walk from the center, so combined with all the above, I definitely wouldn't recommend it!
Good
The location is very run down and seemed unsafe with cars and motorbikes speeding outside at night.
