From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The quiet surroundings and pleasant atmosphere make this place an excellent choice both for rest and for events.Breakfast was tasty and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout.The value for money is excellent, and I would definitely come back with pleasure.Highly recommended!

A bit more diversity for breakfast maybe.

Location is good , breakfast simple , view is great , stuff was very helpful, room size is ideal , in my room the shower cabin need some care because the water was not flowing well.

At my stay there was a lot noisy till very late time after midnight came from loby and from some rooms in my floor .Shower cabin equipments not working well.

Coffee was very good, also the fresh fruits and the bread. Even though we arrived late the kitchen made us a dinner at 22:00.

On the firtst day thee was no orange juice at breakfast

breakfast wasn't the best. We stayed for 7 days. The first three days for breakfast we had someone who just couldn't be bothered with anything, not someone who should be working in hospitality. Three days we had a wonderful person helping us and on the last day a different person who also couldn't be bothered. One person out of the three was awesome, I didn't get his name. But the others seemed to have woken on the wrong side of the bed.

It was not worth the money, only one positive thing was the receptionist, she was polite and helpful.

I would say all things that I tried. Breakfast was not good, same the dinner. The room was not clean, only beddings and towels were clean. Floor, bathroom, tables, balcony were not cleaned.

I liked that the hotel is separated from the city, has its own big green area and a lot of private parking space. The staff was super polite, the hotel is clean, good breakfast and everything was very good. Would stay again here.

Middle of week and the hotel managment allowed to party some guests AT LOUD till 01:00 AM! The recption employees didn`t act even after call.In menu they have 8 beer but you can oreder only one.Rooms aren`t clean 100%

The location is ok, of course not city centre but it is good value for moneyThe breakfast was very basic, even below basic, but again it is good value for moneyI have a very nice and big garden

I would expect better gym in such a place,well, I can't really call what they have a gym.I think they are building a new one ...

The staff were great!!! very helpful! they even arranged for us breakfast to go because we had an early flight. it was great!.the breakfast overall was OK.lot of parking spots.

I think the hotel is far from some things in the center of Bucharest but we had a rental car so we didn't care.also, I saw a term near. Only issue was that the gym is very very poor!... we took this hotel because it was written that they have a fitness facility, but, when we arrived there, the place of the gym was a building next to the hotel which is almost always closed (so we understood from the representative), they don't have any weights or appliances there... so don't count on it. if you need gym find an alternative.besides that all was good!

Yiu can not find and room service at nights and no restaurant. Nobody at hotel. Just good parking and good rooms. But expensive

Quiet, green location in Bucharest. Clean rooms, very helpful people at the front desk. Good price/quality ratio. I'll book again when I come to Bucharest.

everything bad!!!!!!!! no AC, poor breakfast, bad managements !!!!!!

Our recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below my expectations. The room's air conditioning was non-functional despite temperatures exceeding 34 degrees. Although we were provided with a portable AC, it was inadequate, and the heat was so intense that the chocolate melted almost immediately.When we raised our concerns, the reception staff told us the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. This response was unhelpful and unacceptable. After insisting on speaking with the manager, we were offered a mere 100 lei (20 euro) discount on our total bill of 950 lei (190 euro), which did not adequately address our discomfort.To make matters worse, our key card stopped working after this exchange, requiring another trip to the reception and adding to our frustration. Despite the portable AC, the heat and noise made it impossible to sleep, severely impacting our comfort.After our several complaints, the first night's stay was deducted from our bill as compensation. However, these problems reflect poorly on the hotel's management, particularly given the inadequate response to our initial complaints.

Avoid like the plague

We had travelled for a dog show, and though we had found a nice place to relax after the show. Have some nice food in the restaurant and enjoy a drink or to. Sadly that was not our experience.This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, it’s not. Our first night the Aircon was so loud we got no sleep, due to a heat wave and our little dog who is not comfortable with heat, we had to keep it on. The wardrobe door was broken, then the shower door fell off while me wife was having a shower.We explained these issues to the staff, they promised to fix it, but sadly for our sleep it didn’t happen. On top of that, the hotel had so many children staying at the hotel, but his also led to a very noisy meal, and being woken up with children slamming doors.My last point it the meal I paid 210 lei about £35 for a T-bone steak. When I am in Romania I really enjoy having a steak as they really know how to cook a steak. This steak was chewy, tasteless and burned, my wife had a tenderloin she had one bite. It took her 5 minutes to chew. Both were cooked very well, but it must have been very poor quality.Then the sound proofing was pointless as it did not exist. Woken up at 5 am by a dog barking in the local area nearby. I have never given a worse review before, but his place is so terrible. If booking.com allowed videos we could share the noise.

Very nice hotel in the northern part of Bucharest. It is in the middle of a park, so quiet is the key word here. And infinite green. Peacocks and pheasants lighten up the mood with their specific sounds. Just a quite park in the middle of the urban jungle.

Cheap hotel with low standard . 3 star

The hotel is very cheap . Furniture and everything around is very cheap . Bad standard with a high price . Sanatorium Walls are very thin. Hotel is pets friendly, but you unable to enter with a pet to restaurant.
