Pros +
- Confortable bed
- Nothing. It just was good.
- Nice hotel,comfortable rooms
Cons -
- Small room, smoke of cigarettes in the room, noise from the other room and from the lobby and everywhere
- The price was too much expensive with that small bed room is very small bath room too.
- There are no restaurants or cafes near the hotel. We were a family with children and chose to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food is good, but the dishes arrived more than two hours after ordering. A very, very unpleasant experience.

Room was spacious Staff were friendly Bistro and on site drinks were a nice selection
The room smelled of cigarettes Breakfast options limited Not far from the city centre (15/20 min walk)but located not on well lit roads for walking back on dark evenings
Quiet location, friendly staff, good size and clean room
Not so much variety for breakfast and sound insulation is not the best
Clean an big Room. Good Breakfast
Staff was not helpful, Location was not so safe if you come back late.
The breakfast actually was surprisingly good, they offered a choice of a few things that were prepared for us (not the standard self service breakfst).
Great experience. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was modern and comfortable. Food from the hotel restaurant great quality and a fair price.
Nothing all good
The breakfasts are great and generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location isn't ideal, but it's about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Good wifi
The hotel left mixed impressions. On the one hand, the place has clearly undergone recent renovations. On the other hand, the room we booked as a "super suite" had a window that faced a ventilation shaft, which essentially means the room had no proper window. The same applies to the kitchen – while it technically exists, all it includes is a kettle and a sink. Cutlery like spoons and forks? Forget about it.But what stood out the most was the door stopper in the bathroom. It doesn't stop the door effectively but does an amazing job of catching your little toe. Every time you head toward the toilet, you inevitably bang your toe on it. After a couple of days, my entire family had bruised pinky toes.
The breakfast and the staff were phenomenal especially the gentleman on reception. The staff were very friendly and supportive providing helpful information. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bucharest.
no complaints
They give you one bottle of water for free.
Breakfast does not finish at 10, it finishes sooner.I went at 9:40 and nothing was available which was sad.
Amazing staff, always willing to answer questions.
Rooms were clean but the only complaint is that the rooms could have been ventilated better, the air was really stale and a bit smelly.
Good location, clean , warm , welcoming, big rooms , high hospitality ! Very satisfying breakfast!
Parking places are limeted , warm water comes slow ... reataurant leaks when raining
The staff wrestled helpful at least they tried.
Location wasn’t great, roof was leaking. No options on weekdays for breakfast eat what your given even children.
The staff was incredibly friendly, respectful, and welcoming. They were always available and ready to assist with anything I needed, making my stay truly comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. I especially loved the one with a balcony. Breakfast was lovely, with a variety of items that changed daily.
The room was clean and tidy.Cleaned every day.
Breakfast was sparce, we didn't have breakfast after the first morning.Needs attention to detail, coffee, tea sugar and milk not replaced while we were there, the description on website doesn't match the hotel, beer was out of date, it's not in the city centre as we were expecting it to be.Wouldn't stay there again too far out and transport into city not very good.
Friendly personnel, nice breakfast.Good location, close to the city center and pleasant to walk around. It is possible to leave your baggage after checkout and walk more before the flight.
Glitchy access cards for the rooms, they give also the keys, so more things I am afraid to lose.Curtains were not fully closing. But my room had a view to the wall, so it was not a big problem.
Excellent hotel. We were forced to leave another hotel because the bed was so bad. We transferred to Hotel Labirint which is tucked away in the back streets of Bucharest away from any noisy main road and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and firmness of the beds, for us this was a priority! There was a very warm welcome when we arrived from the hotel manager who was exceptionally polite and helpful and spoke good English. The room was very bright, clean and newish. At breakfast we were astonished by the size of the big breakfast platter brought to us. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
The staff is really friendly had helped us with transportation Nice rooms modern style Clean shower
ok
they moved me from my room to another very small room because they had rented my room. I have to move within 10 minutes. Very disappointed. Beds very bad in both rooms and small. Rooms very small
