Hotel Christina Plus

I am glad I booked Hotel Cristina Plus. It was modern, clean and hassle free. Communication with management was perfect. Self Check in was easy. The building is new, 3 floors and has an elevator. Coffee provided and has a refrigerator for your convenience. I booked room 7, and it had a great sauna and jacuzzi, Loved it. Parking around the Hotel and it cost about 5 Ron an hour. Mega Image and a Market just around the corner. Highly recommend it.

There is no kitchen, but I did not needed it, couple of disposable plates and utensils would be nice. Also a vine and beer opener.

I booked this hotel because the original Cristina was sold out . Nice little hotel, loved the jacuzzi and the bathroom was very modern. Bed and other accommodations, not superior than others, just average

The elevator it’s ridiculously small. If you’re carrying more than two suitcases … you’ll have a hard time . I got the room 6, and late night, I could hear noises coming out of the roof, dunno why.

They answered very fast when needed and the room was very clean and warm

I really enjoyed the hot tub.

I have a suggestion. The toilet seat lid doesn’t stay open while on use. This can be caused by toilet flush button being too thick.

It was good quality, clean and in general sufficient.

There was no indication about the gym and where it was located. No staff was present.

The room was very nice and clean. The jacuzzi and sauna were OK both are working (room 3) you need to read the instructions a bit but nothing extremely complicated. You can check-in/out when you want you'll recieve a QR code for the building.

I didn't find the sauna instructions initialy but I got them using Whatsapp. If it's your first time using a sauna don't worry you'll figure it out but it might take 5-10 minutes.

renovation works, no reception facility at the time. Check in through QR code ( was easy to use ! )

Room was clean

On the second day the hotel had a power outage from 3 pm and wasn't fixed until the day after.

The ammenities are great, the room is very high-tech

I found the bathtub a bit dirty, the shower and our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the ceiling in the shower was cracked and dirty

When raining, water was pouring in the room, through the ceiling.The room (and the hotel itself...could use a bit of refurbishing..)Refrigerator - it was there, but totally inefficient & one of the jacuzzi taps was broken.

- Room very well cleaned, spotless!- Strategic location. Within walking distance to all main tourist attractions in town.- Despite the bad start, Bogdan the tour guide made our stay something really special. We'll never forget the fantastic tour around Transilvania.- We got a partial refund as well as free breakfast because of the boiler inconvenience, which prevented us to get our Jacuzzi room.

- We actually never managed to get the room we paid for. The boiler broke on the same date of our arrival, therefore there was no heating or running water. I know it's not the hotel management's fault, perhaps the issue should have been fixed in the immediate, since this is a 4* hotel... Such a pity that we never got the chance to enjoy our executive suite with the jacuzzi. - Since our room was no longer available, we were assigned to a Deluxe room, which was nearby the reception and kitchen area. That resulted in a sleepless night. We were awaken until 3am because of noises and door slamming in the reception area. Then, at 6 am, we were up again due to extremely loud laughs and people talking around the entrance. Thankfully the hotel agreed to give us another room for the following nights, which was perfect.

The spa bath, huge shower and Japanese style toilet

The only time we ever saw anybody at reception was the day we checked in. There was a welcome book in the room that said Breakfast was available every day however the three mornings we were there there was nobody to order breakfast from

Bathroom is full of mold. Smell in apartment is like in a flooded basement. Wi - Fi disconnects every five minutes. Can not watch youtube even in the lowest quality. Be ready that qr code acces to your room does not work, and there in no one at night that can help you with this. Waited for two hours at night with small kid until they fixed it.

nice spa in the bathroom. very good bed for sleeping. nice area.

The receptionist was not properly wearing the mask.We were required to pay in cash; however, they changed their mind the next day and returned the cash.The bed looked like a hospital bed and the sauna generator was strange.

Clean and many restaurants around.

There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and in the gral facilities

The jacuzzi bathtub was absolute heaven! :)
