- Good money value, pretty clean, comfortable bed, good breakfeast , very nice staff
- Free parking and supermarket nearby, close to public transport, friendly staff. We booked the room with a big terrace and it was a good choice for SummerWell festival.
Cons -
- The furnishings, the receptionist kept us for a long time until check in taking a lot of details most of them already on the booking account although I called and messaged the hotel beforehand and said that I am coming late at night for just a layover a couple of hours and leave before check in, she took from the time I was going to sleep and so I was so pissed off after a very rough flight !!!!
- Very noisy even in the night because of heavy traffic on the boulevard, no mosquito nets, toilette too high.
- Dirty walls, cigarette smell, air conditioning barely working, mould on bathroom ceiling.

Kind receptionist.
Dirty walls, cigarette smell, air conditioning barely working, mould on bathroom ceiling.
Perfect location for the transit travel. Room was clean, spacious. Breakfast was perfect. Perfect place for the transit travel.
Not much
Coming back the second night, we found the door to our room wide open. Asking the receptionist for the Why, there was a sloppy explanation that the janitorial staff usually leaves doors open, because guests keep forgetting their keycards. Hilarious! A fire alarm was happening because of frying meat in the kitche, in the middle of the night. The receptionist was completely overwhelmed, not being able to handle the incident. The alarm system did not connect to the fire department! As a result the whole building was stinking of fried meat all night long.
I choose it for the location and price. Good value for the money. Clean and nice. Exactly as in the pictures.
The rooms weren't clean enough, our bathroom smelled, clogged bathtub, many lamps not working, noise, some of the personnel did not speak well english so the communication was not good and the check in took an hour for us.
The breakfast was very good. The bedroom was clean, very cozy.
The bathroom was not cleaned enough (shower bar), also a bulb from there was continuously flashing and the bathroom window couldn't be moved and closed, looked like blocked
Extremely confortable bed, superb positioning, really close to Parcul Herăstrău, Arcul de Triumf and other points of interest, breakfast was good and had variety, spacious room
It’s REALLY not an issue, it was a bit dusty but other than that, the most important space(the bathroom) was spotless.
The personal in the reception, professional, kind and open mind.
In the restaurant, the food without labels what is about and the juice was from the bottle on the table, the omelette was cold, no alternative for bred or toast and the food was covered with plastic wrap and not so many options for cheese and ham or eggs.
This hotel is really nice for a 3*. The rooms are large and very clean, with a nice decor and carpet. The beds and pillows are comfy, there's good bedding too - a proper comforter not just a blanket covered in sheets. The bathroom looked modern and very clean, as if it was recently remodeled. The facilities are nice and modern too. There are two things that bothered me a bit: a tram passing hourly which I could hear and some spoiled cheese (with visible fungus) at breakfast. While the former cannot really be addressed by the hotel, the latter can. However, the breakfast is overall ok, and the coffee's actually quite nice. I got a latte and they made it as nice as one of my favorite coffee shops. I'd definitely stay here again.
Location and staff was nice. It has such a great potential, with some investments all the unpleasant thing could be fixed.
1) There was no option to open the window, however the ventilation wasn't working. The Heating source was an air conditioner which wasn't too comfy to run during the night.2) The "chair" from the room was with white spots on it.3) There was a door which was separating the room and we could hear everything what the other persons were talking about. They kept us awake until late into the night.4) No toilet paper at the lobby bathroom.5) The elevator was "scary", brute start, stops and some strange noises during the ride.
Clean and warm room.Breakfast OK.Good for the price paid.
Clean, cosy, nice staff.
Friendly staff, spacious room (101) and a pretty good breakfast.
I cannot turn on by the remote controller the TV in my room.
I liked the breakfast, fresh scrambled eggs, a decent variety of cheese and ham, yogurt, fruits and a decent pastry, nothing extraordinar but all in all all right. My first floor room faced a green space between the next building and the hotel with trees that made all look green. Hotel people were very helpful with all my requests.
Not too far from place of arrangement I attended.Cleanliness of the bathroom generally OK, but not the rest.
Dirty in the room. Thick layers of the dust- been there on arrival and have not been cleaned during 4 days of stay (room service included). Quite big papers from sweets on the floor- not cleaned on arrival and not cleaned in 4 days of stay.Empty tea bag on arrival on the table- been there in all 4 days although room service is included.Broken/not working fridge with minibar-a lot of water standing in.Broken/not working kettle.Broken/worn curtain, so could not be closed.Lights on and not finished cleaning in the bathroom (but no people around) one day (although I came at 22:15).
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a Tv, functional AC, and everything else. There were enough clean towels and the room service was good.
The furniture was a little old and some of the bed's planks weren't in the right place. We found out when we sat down on the bed lightly and we fell down and thought the bed broke lol. The breakfast was alright, even though some of the products were two or three days old, some went off and the pastry had literal mold on it. Crazy. The coffee was great though. :)
I liked that it was quiet and the guys on the reception were pleasant.
The breakfast was very basic. The bad thing that we were not ok was that there was something like 'zacusca', which tasted bad and felt like out of date. And was served like this 2 consecutive days. Also the vegetables looked very bad, but were ok as a taste.
