I like the staff. Very nice people an helpful.

I hated my room. There was a horrible sewage stench coming from the bathroom. The hotel staff acknowledged the bad smell due to being connected to the city's old sewage system and said there was nothing they could do about it.

There was no hot water (pretty cold, more lukewarm than anything and couldn't shower properly)There was no shower gel (apparently it hadn't arrived so they did us a favor at reception and gave us a small bottle)There was so much light coming through the curtains that we couldn't sleep, very uncomfortable The AC heating wasn't working The hairdryer is of a very poor quality and There is no storing space in the bathroom

There is no kettle in the room. No tea, coffee….The breakfast is very poor. No bread, just toast. Poor choice. The hotel is certainly not four stars! However, with very little effort, better cleaning, especially the bathroom, putting a kettle with coffee and tea in the room and a richer selection for breakfast, the hotel can be a great four stars.

Property granted early access to our room without any extra fee. Valentina assisted. Clean linen and towels, available toiletries. Surprisingly there were wardrobes and slippers available. Isabela assisted on early checkout sandwiches and yogurts. Valentina and Isabela were so supportive, trying their best to help the guests. The hotel is in a good location to walk and to get transportation. Smooth communication in the booking messenger.

The room was too small and it was never cleaned. Only the bins were emptied. Breakfast was too limited, there were only boiled eggs, some meat cuts. No kettle in the room, but you could get coffee and tea in the reception. Bogdan was surprised when we asked for our early breakfast staff and mentioned they usually do not provide this service, if you leave early, even if you had room with breakfast you just leave. That was ridiculous!

Very small bathrooms, with beautiful but unpractical design. Mattresses were relatively poor for the price of the hotel.

I liked it less than other times when I stayed. They used to have a restaurant which it was convenient to have it inside the hotel, plus the quality of the food was good. Breakfast used to offer more some years ago.The price was very good, so overall I had a good experience.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! Available free parking spots right next to the hotel. Subway near by.

The position of the hotel is great, near a lot of restaurants and Victoria metro station.The room was warm ( I travelled in december), clean and the bed very confortable.

They don't have a large variety of food at breakfast and very small amounts of it. For example , at 8am there were only 4 boiled eggs and seven people having their breakfast. They did not bring more boiled eggs or butter which was missing. However, it was tasty.

The style was nice and the location was good, 25min walk from all attractions.

Breakfast is small, but okay for a few mornings.Light isolation (curtains) are not too good if you wake up easily from sunlight through the window. Sound isolation is weak, you will hear all conversations of housekeeping staff if you want to sleep after 9am.Three dead or sleeping cockroaches on the floor in the room.

Rooms could be cleaner at check-in. Not enough space to put your luggage and clothes on. There is no other piece of furniture except the beds and a couple of small night stands, so we ended up leaving our bags on the floor and our clothes on top of them. Not enough cloth hangers in the wardrobes.

Very nice hotel, clean and very well located. It is not the first time I visit them and I will return whenever I need to visit Bucharest.

Overall, everything was okay. The room was clean and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities you’d expect. The bed was soft, and the bathroom was spotless, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were polite and efficient, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to get around. While nothing stood out as exceptional, it was a solid and reliable stay that met all my expectations. A good choice for a straightforward, hassle-free experience.
