Union Plaza Hotel

The hotel is very comfortable, good breakfast (although I missed having fresh orange juice) and the staff is polite. I forgot my transport card and they reached out after check out to let me know. For a work trip the location was also very convenient. The restaurant is great!

Walls are a bit thin, I could hear the neighbours in the next room.

The reception helped us so much and everything was excellent - the room, the breakfast, and all the services.

The hotel is very nice, staff was helpful and room was cleaned.

Location is about 1.5 km from the old city not close enough when you come for one night.It seemed like the room was not finished as there was nothing in the bathroom in terms of regular things that are in hotel bathrooms.

No mention when booking room that hotel was undergoing some renovation.

Breakfast was fair. Items that should be warm like eggs, were not. Coffee machines did not produce hot drinks. Tables were not set.

Everything is very nice! New building with new facilities perfect stuff and let’s say everything organized appropriately!

The conditioner system doesn’t work without light in the corridor. It looks like a very strange decision, especially for night.

Booked the executive room but the AC and the mini fridge were not functional. Spent the whole weekend in sweat

Very nice staff, I was greeted and guided in a friendly and pleasant manner. The design is beautiful both in the lobby and restaurant as well as in the rooms. The rooms are very comfortable, with everything you need and the view is very nice. Also it was tip top clean and another good thing is that the rooms are well soundproofed.

Nothing to complain about

Very friendly staff, Marius gave us a many useful tips; central location, clean and modern. Liked very much the 12th floor for breakfast and the beautiful view. Also the possibility to sit outside. Breakfast had a big variety of delicious food!. Excellent singer performance in the evening.

some staff were very nice others were the opposite. The location was good and it was fairly clean.

The elevator was broken and only one was functioning and was so slow which made every ride take 10+ mins to wait for it

No room service, no cafeteria, very busy elevator, worst quality toilet paper, no slipper, no complimentary water and many flying bugs similar to mosquito who didnt make me sleep

The breakfast is good, the staff at breakfast was great. Very friendly. Johnie from the steakhouse service give a big big different to the restaurant, he very professional and knowledgeable about the food , giving a high standard experience.

If you have a light sleep , can hear people walk in the room corredor at night even the music from the bar in the 12 floor, I had stay on 10 floor, sound prove is not really good. But over all is a good hotel,

The staff and the location is fine. The room is very comfortable.

The elevator would need some software update.
