Location, good stuff

Breakfast wasn't good as much.

The apartment is big

Very disappointing experience at Park Inn Bucharest. We arrived at 6:30 PM and checked out two days later at 8:00 AM, yet we were forced to pay the full parking fee of 300 lei, which is unreasonable. At checkout, the staff asked us to pay the full amount and completely ignored the fact that part of the reservation had already been paid through Booking.com, even though it was clearly stated in their system. Only after we pointed this out did they acknowledge it, as if they were surprised.We also received conflicting information about the breakfast price: one staff member said 130 lei per person, another said 100 lei, while it was listed as 90 lei on one website. The hotel itself is very old and clearly needs maintenance. The corridors are narrow, cleanliness is average, and overall the experience was below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel.

I liked the location, the restaurant on site and the design of the hotel lobby. Staff experience was ok but not extraordinary as some staff members are welcoming and well-trained but this is not the case for all of them. They did give me a room upgrade which I did not request (probably because of a bad experience with the booking process) and this was a nice surprise.

One has expectations for this price range and for the Radisson brand. Thus, I found unacceptable some parts of the experience, such as skipping the already paid breakfast because I could not find a place to sit, the staff desk's incapacity of ordering a proper taxi and thus getting me to take out my phone and order a Bolt myself, not having a facility for rolling the luggage at the entrance and not being offered help with the luggage (I did everything myself, in the rain!) are just some of the things one would not expect when staying in a hotel of this level.

Hotel is part of several Radisson hotels. Not easy walking in the corridors between. Room service didn't act upon our requests (small matters)

Altough it's not my first time at this hotel, this time I wasn't satisfied because of the weak heating. But was good luck to having the electric stove in the kitchen managed to keep the temerature in the room...

Room smelled like a sewer. Turns out, there was a stench from the bathroom, from the moment we came in till the moment we left. There is a fan there, which helped, but I shouldn't have to have that on all the time to not breath sewer air.One elevator definitely needs maintenance, some wd40, something.Access to our building only worked through the main building, red door did not open from the outside.

Good location, decent breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was not hot enough. We ask and got a heater.

Perfect solution to large families in Bucharest.Few remarks:1. Raise the shower temperature in 5 degrees. It's not hot enough.2. Daily cleaning of the room.

Location very central, right by the Lutheran Church/Sala Palatului. They have a good restaurant on site with middle eastern food. Room ok, big enough. Very quiet over the inner yard. Overall the hotel needs some refurbishing, carpet etc looks old.

Very friendly staff, great central location. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious, 2 separate bathrooms, nice kitchen and living room. Location is great, easy to get to the old city and just walk around, near public transportation.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to all the main attractions. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a perfect stay. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
