Yes. My husband and I both got a rash from the jaccuzi. Had to go and see a doctor and was confirmed that it was from a dirty jaccuzi. ?Hot tub folliculitis)

Location, staff, cleaness,

The noize at my floor till 4 am - from a group of persons that had party all night, loud, agressive, entire 8th floor affected. This is not acceptable in a 4 * hotel.

Ramada Park hotel has excellent location, close to the airport and close to the city center. From higher floors is a nice view on Bucharest.

Easy to reach from the Otopeni airport by bus. Near a beautiful park and the lake. Not many restaurants around but not far from the center. The room was just perfect. I asked upper floor, with good heating, and I got 8th floor and iz was nice and warm in the room. It has all the amenities, kettle, with a selection of coffee, teas, a mini bar. The bed is a bit hard but, the linen was clean, and pillows just fine. The breakfast is really varied. Cereals, fresh juice, eggs different types, cold cuts with cheese, different salads, hummus and so on. I was pleasantly surprised.

The only negative thing was that I tried to call the reception from my room, but no one ever picked up the phone. Tried it more times, even room service, but no anwer. So I went downstairs, as I needed an iron and the board to ask for it. The girl took my room number and said they would bring it. But after on hour no one came. So I tried again to call, but no one ever picked up the phone. So I had to go downstairs again. This time they brought it in no time. No other complaints.

The setting allows one to open the window. That is the only way to reduce the heat a bit.

The room is too hot and the controls don't work as intended. One cannotreduce the heat from the heater by the window, the knob does not function properly.The problem of heat control has been solved many years ago, but your hotel is much behind.A couple of weeks ago I stayed at Ramada Plaza, and there windows can only opened slightlyand so one cannot reduce the heat properly which was unpleasant.

Missing accessories No hot water No water pressure and no ability to take shower People on reception was informed about this problem but nothing happened to solve the problem, the next day we said we want to leave and have our money back, wait on reception more than 1 hour loosing our time for answer, missing manager to react on the case, instead of that a security manager in a civil clothes came waisting again our time to offer us another room and more than 10 times we answered we want to leave the hotel and don’t want to stay for the second night and want our money back. Disgusting dirty and low level for business room. Too expensive for this condition. I made photos and wait support from Booking.com to have our money back. We didn’t use our night and left the hotel.

The hotel wasn’t bad, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly, but it’s extremely strange that in a hotel with a spa center, you have to pay €11 to use it—and that’s just for a pool with cold water. It’s unreal. In what world do you have to pay separately for a spa center in the hotel where you’re already staying and have already paid?

The hotel is well-placed and offers great breakfast options as well. The room is clean and has all the main facilities that you might need for your stay. It was a good option for the 2-days stay I had in Bucharest.

My stay at the Ramada Park Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally kind and friendly.

Position according to my interest, spacious rooms, available parking, breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, reception personnel very kind and helpful.

A quite old hotel, with rooms that have to be refurbished. Sunday morning at 8.00 am the cleaning lady using the vacuum cleaner in front of my room and someone drilling holes at an upper floor...not very pleasant. The room was fairy clean, but I found some insects in the bed...overall an old hotel, almost well maintained, but with a high need of refurbishment.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was OK.

The shower was awful. Very low water pressure - too low to use. Water was never hot, maybe above luke warm but the temperature flactuated. We had to PAY to use the shower in the spa - ridiculous. The staff wasn't helpful.

The worst Ramada hotel you stay at. The toilet was constantly clogged during our stay. Always look for house keeper for this.reason. Radiator was just heating 20 cm of 150 cm, if you want to turn on the air condition you should ready to live with truck noise. Never never and never will be there again

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Ramada Park hotel in Bucharest, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and the staff at the reception is always helpful and very friendly. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, serving traditional Romanian food and wine.
