Very clean and nice staff, breakfast was also good

The room was very hot, we had to keep the window open but then night you couldn’t because of the noise, the street is very noisy.

Confortable beds, good food, available parking.

Bathroom smells very very bad because of suage. Could not sleep because of tram noise all night.

It was clean

The staff were rude and unprofessional. When we checked in they didn’t even show us the room. Also our door’s room was broken and couldn’t lock at all. When we asked to sort the problem out the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything and I was told to sleep in unlocked room for the night which was unacceptable!! Lucky the other receptionist understood the problem and gave us another room. But we had to fight for it! Very bad customer service! Also the breakfast was very poor.

the room was clean, towels changed every time even though we didn t put them on the floor.the breakfast was good. diverse. not very rich but sufficient for a morning meal.

Road noise.

Location is good, parking is free on 50m far Lidl supermarket. Rooms are very clean, bed was very good and that's all what was good.

Everything else. Refrigerator is noisy, no free water, no coffee and tea set in the rooms, breakfast is basic and poorly served e.g. fruit juice from 1.5l plastic bottles... for one- two nights, if you forget expectations, then OK.

The hotel is impeccable and smells amazing. The breakfast had a variety of choices, everything was fresh, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Very poor

The bad was 180x140, and they whant to be enought for a familiy. Mom 1.70cm, Dad 1.90cm and a 2.5y girl. It s a joke i think. I ask for a aditional bad, but surprise, "we dont have, 1 bad it s ok for a family".

There is no elevator , I got a really heavy luggage, and personal didn’t help at all . Just gave us the highest floor

Small room in the attic. Way too expensive for what it was. No lift, had to go the stairs to 3rd floor(attic) with luggage.

The bed, the cleanliness

Unfortunately, I got a room in the attic (3rd floor) with a small window that only opened a little vertically, so I had neither natural light (the artificial light being weak anyway) nor enough air (I'm not a fan of air conditioning). The toilet seat is cramped and only for thin people. And that ruined all the comfort.

The bed was comfortable !

We got a room on the last floor. There was a foul odor in the room. The window could not be opened, it could only be slammed, so it was not possible to ventilate. Since there were three of us, the fourth bed only fit with the air conditioner blowing on it, so it was very hot at night. The breakfast was very poor.

Good location (depending on what proximity you are looking for), very clean, excelent breakfast (relative small choice but good quality).

check in before 14:00 was not possible. it is not mandatory, but in some exceptional cases, one needs maybe this service. I wss told that no room was available. booked twin room, but received double room. (different sizes)

Convenient location South-Ease side of Bucharest, one of the few Hotels there. Parking available. Simple but good breakfast

Exceptional

Lovely hotel staff were brilliant, room stunning and clean, dining was excellent, and breakfast highly recommended this hotel and a excellent price,

I recomand but not having a room on first floor with main street view.

After a strong rain, there was a strong bad smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom. The climate control was working but not in the right parameters, not cooling enough. The windows are not isolating the outside noise. The personal understood my comments and changed the room with a second floor one on the opposite area of the main street. Everything was perfect afterwards.

rooms of first floor which looking on the main road were too noisy so I believe that the existence of triple glass and of rolling shutter would have reduce the noise
