The room was clean and very big.The staff was nice, especially an elder man who checked us in.We had booked also parking for a week and 2 transfers to the airport.The first transfer was great and on time.We stayed here before and I'm sure we will book again when needed.

For the second transfer, from the airport to the hotel, we called the driver, as discussed before and he told us he is coming. We called him again and he said the same thing. We waited more than half an hour and no one came, so we took a taxi.

The room was modern, large TV, clean linen.

Our shower was broken, our room also had a very foul smell, that was unpleasant even with the window open. I also wish the room would have had a kettle for hot drinks.

The staff was very good, the rooms are well maintained, only a slight smell of a canal, which is not a big problem, it is worth staying at this place

Location was great for being near the airport & Therme spa but was right on a main road and not much to do nearby. Beds were very comfy, and lots of storage for clothes. Bathroom was very clean. Curtains were excellent, great blackout. The restaurant right next door was good too.

Not sure if it's because we went in the off season, but the reception staff was very direct and didn't speak much English.The thermostat was difficult to use and the shower head didn't stay up, so lucky that me and my partner aren't that tall! The carpet was a bit dirty when we came in, but sheets were nice and clean on the bed.The bathroom had a strange smoky smell when we woke up every morning so wasn't pleasant.

The room exceeded my expectations, it was lovely with a little entrance room where the wardrobes were, with space to hang coats and put shoes. It had a door to the bedroom and a door to the bathroom. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space.

The only thing that could have been better was that the staff member that checked us in literally just gave us the key and I had to ask for directions. Would have liked some coat hangers in our room as there were none.

This was clean, tidy, quiet, had a restaurant just the next door down. Spacious twin room. Air con. Easy to get a taxi to therme and to town (download bolt and use this easily they are always just a few minutes away. Small local pharmacy and shop just a few minutes walk

Only thing was our hairdryer didn’t work and could do with a bin in the room (other than the bathroom one)

Nicely located for both airport and Therme.

On arrival I was allocated a room which hadn’t been made up, then my alternative didn’t have the duvet cover on the duvet. No hotel information in the room. Breakfast options unclear and poorly communicated

This place is very nice and close to the Theme Bucuresti (2 km/5 min drive by car). Although, it was on the main road, it was very quiet and convenient for us. Room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and as shown on the pictures. Big flat TV, mini fridge and very fast Wi-Fi. We checked in around 23:30 PM and the receptionist was waiting for us at the gate. Free and secured car parking was also available. I recommend the place and will stay there again when visiting the Therme.

The restaurant was not working during our stay due to Good Friday (Bank Holiday in Romania). Anyway, we could get a nice coffee in the morning for 8 RON from the reception desk which was appreciated.
