Ecletico Villa

My one-night stay at Ecletico Villa was nothing short of exceptional—this 4-star boutique villa, rightfully recommended by the 2025 Michelin Guide, checks every box for a perfect city getaway. The location in the Old Town is unbeatable. Every major attraction was within walking distance. The Wine Cellar Room I stayed in was a cozy surprise: the atmospheric design blended old-world charm with modern comfort, and the complimentary bottles of wine ，fruits and free minibar made my arrival feel extra special.The breakfast was a fantastic spread with fresh options and warm dishes.What truly stood out was the staff’s kindness. I was anxiously waiting for a crucial package, and the front desk team went out of their way to call the courier directly to urge a faster delivery which really a great help.I can’t recommend Ecletico Villa enough. I’ll absolutely be coming back on my next trip to the area!

A quiet room and surroundings and a good breakfast !! 20 minutes walk to the old town to Lipscani street full of bars and restaurants.

After 19:00 no one at the reception !!!! Only a telephone number.....

The hotel and the rooms were nice and suitable for my stay.

I didn't like that I was not issued with an invoice upon checking out. I have contacted the hotel again to get the invoice, my assistant did the same but we were unsuccessful. The hotel staff claimed that it was not possible to issue an invoice which I need to get reimbursement from my employer. This is not acceptable.

Everything: the location just a few minutes from the old town, the university square, and the metro. Great breakfast, good stuff.Very nice room.

The hotel does not have a reception from 19:00 to 7:00

Well located, beautiful, clean and comfortable.

The exterior door was witha code and sometimes you had to stand under the rain outside until you could take out your glasses and put the code on.

We chose Eclectico Villa for my birthday trip and it was an excellent choice. We loved literally every aspect of our stay. The Serenity Room was just gorgeous, neatly designed and cozy. A huge bathtub in the room was extremely appreciated, especially after cold rainy days in November. It was that kind of a hotel that you don't want to leave. The staff took care of everything to make us enjoy our stay as much as possible (huge thanks to Ami). When next time in Bucharest, we'll definitely choose Eclectico Villa again.

Very clean, newly remodeled and stylish. Staff is very kind, we got an extra 1,5hour as "late check-out" free of charge.

The hotel is beautifully renovated and very clean, which makes a great first impression. The staff is friendly and helpful, and overall it’s a good option for business travelers who mainly need a comfortable place to sleep.

the air conditioning is controlled for the entire floor, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature in my room and it was too warm at night. The room was quite small with no public areas to relax in, and while breakfast was fine, it was fairly simple for a 4-star hotel.

Difficult in communication with staff, didn't facilitate late check-out (even we asked to pay extra obviously)

Beautiful interior after an unexceptional exterior in a less than stellar neighborhood. That said, it was surprisingly close to all the major tourist sights. The staff was friendly once you got yourself in (despite them being at the front desk) through a relatively complex email sequence to get a code

Everything was Excellent. It was taken care of every small detail.The room was perfect.The breakfast was excellent.All the team, with no exception, was very friendly and helpful: Louisa was so kind and helpful with everything that we needed. Emi as well was very kind. We met also Teo who manages this place so kindly and tried also to do everything to make our stay unforgettable. Also, we do not know their names, but the two men who are in charge, one of the breakfast and one of the maintenance, were very helpful and with a lot of willingness to ensure that everything is perfect.

Nothing to mention

The place is very clean, spacious and quiet.

The location is about 15 min. Walk from the old city and 15 min. Walk from the museum area. For us it was just fine cause that way you avoid the Tourist traps.

Very curtous and helpful young man, Amy, at reception who helped us with our baggage and sorted out an issue with our room which didn't have a nice fresh smell. Amy moved us to another room...All in all, a pleasant 2 night stay in a fair location and enjoyed the breakfast included in the price.
