Size of the room is big enough

Dirty, noisy, smelly due to the restaurant at G/F. Only one electric plug in the room, the plug located in the middle of the wall, nowhere to put the charging device.

We had three rooms, for each of them: 1. There was a really bad smell, which persisted even after we left the window open for the whole evening(over 6 hours). The smell was either due to dampness, or someone is simply smoking in all the rooms 24/72. We received towels, but most of them were not clean, or at least they did not look clean at all3. The bed linen was also visually not clean. It maybe smelled like it was washed, but it didn't look that way for sure4. The matres were bad.. in all the rooms, I did not expect a very expensive and very comfortable matres, but the ratings is stating this is a 3 star hotel, so I at least expect not to feel the springs hitting my ribs..5. Lastly, let's not talk about the bathrooms.. other than the wc, I don't think anyone it's using them. They are simply not sanitary, both in aspect and condition.. it just didn't feel clean, and it was the same for all 3 rooms.

It's not comfortable. No shelves in the bathroom! Too short curtain so water leaks on the floor and you have to stay in a corner to avoid it. Dirty toilet. Crocked light switch. No microwave. The whole room design looks like an old soviet clinic - plain white walls with no hope.

It was a very spacious room with 3 beds and I needed only one

As it was extremely warm and the temp was 35 outside ,the room was also warm ,as they didn't leave the air-conditioning remote in the room so I couldn't sleep at all, I have tried to wet my clothes and towel to sleep, I don't blame them , BCOS I have to do the self check in as I arrived as 1 am.anyway it was a horrendous experience for me.

The lady who checked us in was lovely, helpful & respectful.

Grubby room, shower didnt get hot, decor was very old, shower door seal didnt work so floor got soaked & above everything we got into the room and there was bugs, we then went out and when we got back we had to splat 5 bugs and therefore was nervous all night about them coming in to bed. If the price was £10 would be £9 too much.

there was no water, the shower was leaking, the bed linen was dirty and wet, the room was dirty, the window didn’t close

The staff were friendly and always around to help. Any issues were resolved. The staff were friendly and offered us coffee and explained we could help ourselves. The location is good , near to gare DU Nord and mega mall shopping centre is cheap 5 pounds Uber ride away. Hot water in morning and evening, water pressure was fine, they provided a couple of sachets of shower gel. It was decent for a 2/3 star hotel and I think if they sort out the issues below it is worth the daily rate. This place is ok for a 1or 2 nights stay.

We stayed for 10 nights , we moved room 4 times, room 6 the door lock was broken so we was moved to room 13 which had a couple of cockroaches and ants because of the bin in the bathroom, room 8 was fine, then asked us to move hotel for one night because they have pest control, they paid for Uber both ways. When returned we asked for room 8 again..For the remaining 3 nights the towels were not changed at all, bins were not emptied, floor not swept, bed sheets not changed. Only 1 toilet roll and no more provided. There is a smell of drainage issues I lookn Bucharest and this is also in the hotel , so much air freshener was sprayed it made me feel ill with headache.

Location, staff, affordable price. Excellent for travellers who go sightseeing and hiking and only need to spend the night in the hotel.

Lack of hangs for towels and the shower sprayer in the bathroom and the sound of the pedestrian traffic lights near the hotel. Very few repairs needed and will be perfect .

Bed sheets looked clean

The bed was noisy, the rooms in general need total refurbishment.Being situated on a busy road the windows do not block the noise coming from outside.For an extra few euros I could have booked a decent room elsewhere

The owner of the apartment was always very kind, she allowed us to leave our luggage there after check out, even a friend left his charger when we had already left the apartment and she did everything she could to help us.

The smell , bathroom was disgusting, the toilet wasn't able to flush, we have bugs inside the room

The room, linens, sheet smelled very nice

Terrible location, also, saw a roach in the hallway, which could easily enter the room, since the door had no threshold, the power outlet is on the window wall

One good thing, it's self check-in if you have a late fly

1. When I on the light in bathroom a lot of cockroaches run all the way around ( my room didn't have any kitchen, they are just owner of this room I think) 2. Dirty toilet 3. Room located on 4th floor and no elevator there, if you have big or heavy language it's not comfortable
