The stay was enjoyable.The room was clean and comfortable.The staff were very kind and responsive.The food was fresh and tasty.The placement is very comfortable and allows quick access to the city centre and the old town.

This boutique hotel is an an excellent location. The buiding is always warm. There is 750 ml free water bottle in the room daily. We tried out their buffet breakfast one morning, it was small but what was offered was delicous. The staff is pleasant!

The bed was comfortable but squeaky.Because there is an attached restaurant (which seems very popular amongst the locals), it can be a bit loud and the entrance to the hotel is crowded from the restaurant guests. We didn't speak to the front desk about it, but the AC was stuck on hot mode, which was a little annoying, I am sure if I would of said something, they would have been helpful. Lastly, the duvet felt a bit small for the bed, once again, I am sure if I would of said something to the team, they probably would have given us a solution.

The location was great

We booked the so-called “luxury apartment,” but it was neither an apartment nor luxurious.It was actually quite cramped — when the bed was open, there was barely enough room to move around.The additional “room” was in fact a hanging loft with very steep stairs that were hard to climb.Moreover, this room had no wall or door separating it from the living area, so it felt like we were all sleeping in the same space.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the location is great. There is complimentary water, toiletries and bathrobes. It's a very short walk from the old town so less noisy

Strong smell of sewer in the bathroom - we had to keep open window.Bed very soft and uncomfortable.

Gorgeous hotel in a wonderfully restored historic building. It's just a couple of minutes walk from the busy and noisy old town, but in a beautifully quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of secure parking is available if you ask. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a kettle and tea/coffee (a rarity in Romanian hotels), with a big and comfortable bed, lovely shower and bathroom.Breakfast was extensive - so much to choose from, so there was something for everyone.The staff were so friendly and helpful, and when we asked about the history of the building, the man on reception gave us a little tour and told us all about it. What a fascinating building.

Location and garden like surroundings were terrific. Breakfast was wonderful.

Our room (Deluxe Double) was large and clean but had no windows…just two skylights. Odd and not like the photos.

Not applicable. Everything was wonderful. Contact ahead and reserve parking spot is the only recommendation. It is well worth the small extra fee.

Great hotel, clean, central to attractions.

The servers English at the restaurant hotel, that I had, was poor and had a hard time explaining the way dishes were prepped. Other than that, I will definitely go again to the hotel.

Nice little hotel with a nice in house restaurant. rooms were comfy and clean.

The restaurant staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated. Their lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness gave the impression they didn’t want to be there, which affected the overall dining experience.

This place was an unexpected gem, very high quality for the price I paid for a single room. Also turned out to be a useful location. Staff were very friendly.

The room was excellent, but breakfast service could be improved. Sometimes it took ages for dishes to be cleared off tables, and the buffet food wasn't always hot.

The croissants were great and having a good coffee machine was welcome. The hotel reception folks were friendly and helpful.

The receptionists at the restaurant were not very friendly. We would have liked a better selection of fruit at breakfast (like cut up honeydew or pineapple).

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with lots of character. The breakfast was good and the staff were relatively friendly and helpful.
