Maybe the ladies from the kitchen could chitchat behind the customers not so loud early in the morning…? I was able to hear you loud and clear due to the echo.

Not too crowded

Location. Staff friendly. Convenient to shopping.

Paid parking is not reserved. The parking lot was flooded and muddy. I had to push the car out of the mud after getting stuck. Balcony view of abandoned buildings. It was advertised as soundproof, but the lower floor was loud from voices outside and the room next door. There is no place to sit with a laptop. Multiple wifi passwords are needed to move throughout the facility. No toiletries were provided as advertised—small fridge with no room due to bar drinks.

Good location near a big mall. At the mall there is a foodcourt and a grocery store.

The paid parking was a bit small and somebody hit my car there.

The property is in a good location, a 5-7 minute walk from the closest metro station.

The mattresses were hard as rocks and gave me back and shoulder pain and barely managed to sleep, the rooms are not soundproofed so you could hear the noise from the other guests. There are no toiletries provided and no slippers. There is no free water provided in the room, they only have a fridge of extra-charge bottles and snacks and a kettle with instant coffee… but no water. There are signs on the bathroom that say if there are makeup stains on the towels you pay between €6 to €40 PER TOWEL extra charge. I did not pay because I left everything clean, but it is outrageous to essentially threaten the guests with that insane charge when just buying a new towel is like €3. The breakfast is ok but it has very limited options. Overall, for the price that they charge, it is absolutely NOT worth it and I will not be returning. That is the same price that actual 4-star hotels in the center charge, this one with the available facilities is not even 2 stars.

Television but WiFi is bad so you cannot watch Netflix.

Breakfast is really below average, WI-FI is really bad. No desk for laptop just small coffee table Bathroom is visible from outside.

The hygiene is surprisingly good, there is minibar in the room (not so expensive).

The AC temperature can't set below 22 C°, so I needed to sleep with the window open, but that's not a big deal.Who is sensitive for that, the bed not that soft as you imagine, also the blanket is a little heavy.

Staff was very friendly, very helpful to let us park on free charge place. Relatively good price value vs conditions. Food at breakfast was qood despite not many choices to select.

Free parking places are limited, interesting but our bath had a transparent window ... ,

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were super friendly, with excellent daily cleaning. The location is great and close to almost everything.The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed, who was amazing and professional in everything.I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay and great service.

good location, there are shops and a shopping center nearby. clean room. you can adjust the heating level in the room.

the wifi didn't work at all

absolutely beautiful!! we stayed an extra night too. loved the decor the surroundings. close to everything. staff was amazing very professional very helpful and very polite. restaurant on site also lovely. hotel room was like a little apartment with all essentials

Clean, comfortable, warm room, with a good shower in en suite. Room had a useful fridge, and a kettle appeared in my room near the end of my stay which was great so I could make a cup of tea, thanks. The safe was useful. The reception staff were friendly. Checkout until 12pm as standard was ideal, really appreciated not having to rush to leave.

It would have been better value for money if breakfast was included in the room rate.Instructions for turning temperature down would have been useful. Clearer instructions for the safe would be useful too.

It was very clean, warm, and the food at their restaurant very good. Breakfast was good, not very much diversity but good enough for few days stay.

Large room

My room was very close to central heating/aiirco devices and it was a lot of noise

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, practical location. Great value for money.

The room was relatively small, but allowed a proper functionality. The bathroom was appropriately equipped. The included breakfast offered cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, beverages, and other options.

Our room was on a side of the hotel which was facing another building (also part of the hotel), being only a few meters away from the balconies of other rooms. The space between these buildings functions as an outdoor lounge as well, but it is narrow, drafty, and in shade.

The bed was pretty hard. Parking is difficult. Expensive for what you get

- Hard bet- No possibility of controlling the AC. I had to phone reception to stop it

Clean room, good air conditioning. Nice position, in a quiet area, close to two large shopping malls.

We were lodged in the annexe on the third floor, with no lift. The room door did not lock automatically, and the key was in the keyring with the key card, which you had to insert in the slot to get the power in the room. The fridge cabinet door slammed (there were no rubber seals).
