Amazing location and very helpful staff who fixed our issues when reported. Bed was comfy and the room was very spacious.

Windows have an advert outside covering the view and the curtains let a lot of street light in. The jacuzzi bath didn't look cleanable in the jets so we didn't use it.

The location was great.

The place was very dirty- dirty floors, dusty furniture, the light switches dirty.

The room was sizeable, and clean which are both very important to me. The bathroom included a spa bath and had good water pressure & temperature. The location was perfect for the next portion of my travels and an easy walk to the old town, sights & restaurants. Easy access to public transport.

The view from the window was covered by a advertising which had spotlights on it in the evening. Black out blinds and curtains were featured to not have the lights flooding the room. It did mean that any view from the room was restricted due to this. The twin beds were a bit squeaky.Having traveled for a month I was a bit surprised that the shower gel available was from packaging like a tomato sauce packet, and no shampoo/conditioner was provided.

Location is great ...a few minutes to metro . Very helpful staff.I would come back and recommend it to others .

It was close to everything that was needed in Bucharest. Thank you for the room.The reception was open 24 hours and they were nice to receive us.

The room was spacious, had everything needed, the bed was comfortable. The staff let us leave our stuff after check out.

There were some coaches near the balcony window and the elevator was working weirdly.

I felt very at home / comfortable. The bathroom seemed very new. Very nice. It was also very nice to have a separate living room with fridge although I do wish the fridge was colder. I couldn't find a way of turning the temperature down. The bed was good. The AC in the bedroom worked very well and the place was quite quiet. I would stay again.

The bathroom floor was getting wet from the tub drain, I believe. Not a huge issue but something to look out for. There is a floor drain to take care of it.

the hot tub was not clean at all and it made really loud noises when we tried to start the jets. the bathroom makes you feel claustrophobic. there are spiders and bugs crawling around the sink and toilet. the bed was ok-ish but the mattress was very weird and you could easily roll off of it and fall off the bed. there's no such thing as soundproof, we could literally hear everything. the minibar had some liquid leaking inside of it. the balcony door was very hard to close once you got it opened. the AC hasn't been cleaned in ages and when you turn it on there's a big chance that black stuff might fly out from inside.

Great location, staff very nice, rooms spacious and clean. Was nice and quiet even through it was very central. Easy walk to old town and tonnes of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.

It was rainy while I was there and we struggled to heat the room to dry our clothes. But I understand rain like that was unexpected in summer. Not a big issue.

No working wifi!!Bathroom is not functional: big tub that take all space and is not useful at all, for that reason a very small vanity top that don’t function at all, and very small space for toilet with no close garbage bag where you wanted to throw the toilet paper as you demanded?

From the welcoming at reception, to the massive size of the room(!), the location and the weather, everything was perfect. The lady in reception was very friendly and had a great sense of humour, the cleaners went above and beyond and kept the room tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the room was amazing, exactly like the pictures.

great location from airport, to old town to therme (why we went). Staff were so lovely and helpful, rooms was nice and clean.

No hot tub as listed, just a spa bath that had very bad smell coming from the jets once turned on, payed extra for a hot tub/ balcony room, balcony mostly covered by large advertisement.

The whirlpool and baths are old and have green mold in the pipes. They need desperately to be replaced ! On the first day, the curtains fell in one of our rooms. Otherwise, the rooms are okay, could still be cleaner altogether. Building must be renovated.

The location is very good, close to nearly everything in Bucharest.The room itself is just like in the photos, really cozy, but the bathroom is under all expectations, not just renovation is needed, but also a serious cleaning, I found even some dead cockroaches under the radiator.... WiFi hardly works, TV cannot be turned on and off with the attached remote control, the windows are fully covered by a huge advertisement net, so you can't even see out... In the photos this hotel looks like a modern 4-star property, but in fact, it is an under mid level hotel in an old building for the price of a much better one.For this price range you can find much better hotels nearby, avoid than this one, the nice photos are deceptive.

So when we arrived (late so we had no other options but to stay) it was smelling really bad , like old cigarettes and dust, had to open the windows for a while to get rid of it as much as we could. Then also the entire flat was having some dirt on the floor, I think they rarely use a hoover here, when we asked the receptionist to clean the room he told us that the cleaner finishes at 12, but the checkout is at 12 do what's happening after ? Well you have an idea...

Comfortable bed, spacious suite. Welcoming staff and helpful. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and it is close to the National Theatre and the Old Town.

Refrigerator was empty. 2 bottles of water doesn't cost too much. The mattress need to be changed. Small repairs in bathroom.
