Pros +
- Design, location, comfort
- very nice room , very clean and spacious
- Really lovely hotel, welcoming staff that are there 24/7, nice and spacious rooms, comfy beds and pillow options and the added bonus of a kitchenette that's always appreciated. Located about 15 minutes walk from the old town. We had connecting rooms and that was very comfy for our group.
Cons -
- doors kept slamming! It would be a good idea to have a soft close on all the doors - I honestly kept waking up during the night. Also, there is no breakfast offered.... you either ask them to get a croissant from Paul outside, but no guarantee that it will arrive on time (that is what the receptionist told me)
- The bathroom windows. In the room photos I did see that they were there, but there were also shutters to block them, but one of our rooms left very little to the imagination and made our stay somewhat awkward with no shutters or way to block these windows.
- Nothing, everything was great!

I really enjoyed the room that I had. It was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were also excellent, special shout out to Marius for making us feel welcome.
The entire hotel, room and staff were truly excellent. Ready to help at any time and for anything I was interested in, from what and where to eat to technical information, directions for visiting attractions, airport transfers, etc.
Nothing, everything was great!
The splendid architecture, the tastefully decorated room, the always-smiling and helpful staff, the city bikes available for guests, the excellent location (close to many restaurants and shops), the fully equipped kitchenette (for a hotel stay), and the air conditioning, which worked seamlessly despite the apartment being located in the attic.
The parking is not ideal for cars with low ground clearance, but there are plenty of convenient parking spaces around the hotel.
Spacious, modern and clean
Great design, comfortable beds, kind staff
The hotel was stylish, comfortable and functional and well located for walking in Bucharest. Mario at reception at nights was particularly friendly and helpful.
Nothing!
The hotel is very beautiful, with a unique design and clean rooms. I appreciated the friendliness and politeness of the staff as everyone was very kind and attentive.
The parking situation was a downside for us. The space is very narrow, and you need excellent driving skills and several maneuvers to park the car properly. If your car has low ground clearance (≤13 cm), you’re likely to scrape when entering or exiting the parking area. It would be helpful if the staff asked about the type of car when someone reserves a parking spot, so guests know what to expect. I had read some feedback about this issue, but I didn’t think it would be that bad. They could have suggested using the nearby paid public parking instead. On the second night, we chose to park there and pay 30 lei, just to avoid the hassle of getting the car in and out — even though we had already paid for parking for both nights.
The hotel has amazing and very helpful staff. They responded directly to my requests and even exceeded them. I would defenitely recommend this hotel and would come back to it for my next visit
I didn't like the water knob :)
Great location, wonderful facilities and staff, especially Anastasia - she went out of her way to sort the issues we had right way, making my stay amzing. Would stay again and recommend.
The terrace didn’t have privacy but, my room was swiftly changed when I addressed the issue. The blond lady/team member from the reception went out of her way to be unpleasant- really for no particular reason!
Stunning hotel clean good facilities
We couldn't get the air con to work as we didn't have it explained the windows needed to be shut. But once we found that out we were sorted!
A very cozy and quiet boutique hotel. The rooms are very uniquely designed. The beds are very comfortable. The stuff was very polite, nice and very helpful.Regarding the parking situation I've mentioned, the lady at the desk did everything she could to resolve the matter and found a solution.
The parking is very tight. We've ordered 2 parking spaces but when we came back in the second day from our day activities, we found out that our parking space was given to someone else.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival and gave us hints and tips about our visit to Bucharest. The room was lovely - good size, clean and great bathroom facilities and shower.Had a kitchenette which we didn't need to use as only had a one night stay but it was well equipped.Lots of extras available for no extra cost including bikes to borrow to see the city.We ordered breakfast which was delivered to our room at the exact time requested and it was delicious.Would highly recommend and would happily stay again
The room was bery spacious and the bed very big. We were at the ground floor, next to the stairs that go down to the parking lot. It was very loud at night if someone would use the water upstairs.
Great staff, top quality finish of the hotel - very pleasant stay. I go there everytime I travel to Bucharest for work. Neighbourhood is a good one as well - highly recommend.
Wifi - you have to re-login after everytime you close your laptop. Would be great to have a system where you only have to login once during checkin.
Good location. Nice looking and affordable hotel. Generally clean.
Not far from our meeting venues, comfortable bed, calm
Wonderful, modern hotel. Very stylish inside and a lovely old exterior. I loved the roof terrace. Easy to walk (20 mins) into the centre of town and great restaurants & bars within easy reach
Breakfast was brought in - so needed ordering the night before (which we forgot to do)
