Excellent clean hotel, the people are kind and helpful

The streets in Cozieni are a disgrace

As this was the last night before a departure flight, we chose Mercure Hotel for it's location outside the more congested city center of Bucharest. The trip to the airport took only 25 minutes.The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable, with a very modern aesthetic.The staff are courteous and professional. When our departure time was earlier than the breakfast buffet start time, they very kindly prepared an earlier a la carte tray for us.

There appeared to be some kind of extremely loud event occurring at their conference center. Loud music and loud voices over a speaker. Perhaps a wedding or other celebration, which went on until after 11 pm.In the morning we were told that it had not occurred at their place, but somewhere close by. This hotel is in a very isolated location, and did not appear to have any other businesses, no restaurant or bar nearby.We asked why we had not received a room in a separate building, further from the event, which surely would have helped. We'll never really know what occurred, but I usually do not return to, or recommend, places with noise issues.

Location (really close to Bucharest), really beautiful architecture, lovely and helpful staff, overall it s a great weekend getaway/overnight stay from the city

The location, the facilities, the great architecture, staff. It's such a lovely escape place 40 min from Bucharest downtown. Will definetely come back.

I would like some more Vegetarian main courses in the menu, but it's not that I didn't like this, it would just add value for me personally.

I have stayed at this hotel three times, and I had a wonderful experience during each of them. The hotel is very nice, extremely clean, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very nice and professional, the breakfast is great. I fully recommend it!

The place is really good And there is nothing better than this near Bucharest But WHY there is huge 4K TV on rooms and no way to connect hdmi or share screen with IOS and Android (it was not working) ? TV on room just to watch the ads of the hotel group ? No Netflix not Prime Video etc ? Why the TV OS is so limited !

First trip to Romania with mum for her birthday and Mothers Day ?Didn't take many pictures, but the trip was amazing. People were so caring and kind. The staff went above and beyond. The food was amazing. Chefs were creative and looked after mums vegan needs. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It's quiet, relaxing, and spacious.The receptionist, bar staff, and managers looked after us like we were family. We will definitely be going back.The staff were probably the best part about the hotel.@christifarianofficial @thermegroup

everything was great. you can tell the place is new and they did a great job with refurbishing the old building. super easy parking on premise. dry/wet sauna and gym are available. there is a pool but it is more for lounging than swinning, don't expect anything too big. good wi-fi, friendly staff, clean rooms, good restaurant and good breakfast. I would recommend itfor a quick weekend getaway.

not sure it is relevant, but don't expect a lot from the surroundings. there is an old monastery -Pasarea - one can visit that has this community built within its walls and a lake in the vicinity, but it is not equipped for tourist activities. the property offers some activities. relatively quick closing times for the restaurant (8:30 pm) and the bar (9:30 pm)

Breakfast very good - unfortunatelly no fruits at all, poor desserts

dirty bed sheets, lack of consumables - in the box of paper tissues there was one piece (out of 80-100) - room service can check such things

perfect location to avoid the city center, new rooms, comfortable beds, and nice breakfast.

I suppose, its a little bit overpriced.

some hotel guests had fun in the pool very loudly until late at night, since the pool is right under the windows, this noise didn’t allow to sleep.. I think it would be right for the hotel staff to make sure that guests behave more quietly in the late hours so as not to disturb the sleep of other guests

Excellent, elegant architecture, integrated in the concept of a historical building, cozy rooms, swimming pool, massage offered for extra money, excellent insulated ball room (party inside not heard outside).

The restaurant to be improved: the waiters not looking around for the clients' needs (we had to go inside to make them aware that we want to order) + extra small portions for big money.

A cosy, clean and comfortable hotel. Great architecture. Nice outdoor pool - they provide clean towels for the pool. Great breakfast too. Stuff was eager to help.

The restaurant orders takes a bit longer. But they are friendly and always trying to help.The shower in our room had some small issues with the water going outside the walk-in shower. And would have been nice to have small toiletries, sleepers and a bathrobe.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms are beautiful.

The location is terribly outside of town and there is nothing to do or order in the area. Uber and bolts have a hard time going there and they take time. The restaurant closes early at 8:30 PM and there is nothing to purchase nearby to eat unless you drive because food delivery will not come in the area.

In general, great place to stay if you want to be outside of Bucharest city center. Great and very helpful staff. They do an extra mile for customer, I really appreciate their aproach.High quality materials and almost sound proof rooms.

The only thing I was missing were cosmetic accessories like ear buds and shoe cleaner. But this is only my personal preference. Otherwise everything was perfect.

the hotel is superb, everything high quality, food is very good also, the blend between old and new is done very well, the spa is available non stop- big bonus

the village looks bad, but this is something that will change with time, otherwise nothing
