Hotel Boutique Monaco

Excellent location. More than adequate breakfast. Extremely clean; the linens smelled clean and crisp and like lilac (seriously, I wanted to ask what detergent they use, lol).Very helpful and personable receptionist (Mauritz). His understanding and communication skill in English was very good. Helped me with several bookings.

Very, very small negative was water pressure in shower was not strong. But this was minor and tolerable.

Location of the room was very good, no stairs to climb. Breakfast was varied and good. Location of the hotel was easy to get to. The staff was helpful and he spoke English which was good.

While in Bucharest unfortunately it was raining so we had to make some changes to our plans.

Close to various shops, cafes and restaurants.Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Very lovely breakfast room. *Located in a quiet neighborhood; Old Town is approximately 15-20 minutes by foot.*Room is good for the price. Reasonable amenities.*Good breakfast selection; tasty ham and cheese omelette.*Wonderful staff. Check out is at 1100 but agreed to keep my bag whilst I roam around Bucharest until I’m ready to leave for my flight at 1530 (NB!: there’s no reception after 2200 so if you’re leaving at night - perhaps this is not recommended)

The bathroom is a little small (not so good if the weather is very hot) . Still, all was working fine in the bathroom

Nice breakfast with good choices. Very nice and helpfull staff. I lost my mobil phone by a trick theift up the stairs at Piata Presei Liberi.The man in the reception - Marcus. He helpt me to block my phone to my phone company. He called the police. The police came, and I had to go to the policestation, where the incident happend. When I came back at 6 pm, he also offered me some food fra the hotel. So thank you very much for your help.

The staff were very nice and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, the room was very clean and the breakfast was varied and delicious

Small and friendly residence that offers clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodation facilities. Centrally located in a safe neighbourhood would highly recommend!

An in room kettle or safe would have been nice but did not spoil our break by not having.

initially, i'd like to thank staff(both 2 Bogdans and Fiori)for their varm and caring manners, they showed their best during our entire stay to make us happpy regardless of items. we enjoyed cozy room with amenities(big screen TV, up to date bath design and finally yummy breakfast meals as usual! as for location, proximity to the city center and embassies.

Lovely staff. Helpful with tips for the area and organising me an excellent driver. A delicious and varied breakfast despite the hotel being small. Great omelette! Would happily stay again as the location is good for the old town (walking distance) but quiet and peaceful with also excellent food options and a great micro brewery (Hop Hooligans) across the road! A great stay!

Just one small point...the room was a bit too warm for my liking at night.

The hotel locates in a safe neighborhood surrounded by embassies. You can see that the room and bathroom look relatively new.

The room was on the ground floor and directly faced the road. You could hear cars at night. The room was also in a separate building. It looked like it might have been a garage before, but I couldn't say for sure.

I mostly liked the small size in the nice neighbourhood. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, especially the weekend porter and the housekeeper. Every morning a fresh baked ham egg omelette was great!

I really missed good TV channels in the room to watch BBC World news or an otherwise good newschannel.Also would have loved to be able to make my own night tea and morning coffee with a water kettle

We stayed 4 nights and were given a small apartment-style space, which we really appreciated. The different staff teams were all gracious and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast omelettes, croissants, cheeses, salami and fruit. We liked the style of the boutique hotel, it was a small building with an inner courtyard, located in a neighbourhood with a park nearby and several nice restaurants. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk to Old Town Bucharest.

The location and cleanliness of the property as well as breakfast was very good.The hotel is nice, cozy in a tranquile street with two good restaurants nearby.

I was surprised to know that the reception was closed after 10 PM. If I had arrived later I would be in trouble.The property had no lift and it was not pleasant to take the stairs with the luggage until the second floor.The wifi in the reception (ground floor) was different from the one in the first and second floor and was not told at the time. When I needed to access the wifi, that's when I found out about it.
