Location close to the metro station, clean, nice room, good value for money.

Breakfast could have a bit more choices, e.g more sweet things.

It was horrible, cold water in shower,Shower sink filled with water, when I complained and they said thay fixed it, it filled with water and turned brown

I booked a wrong room accidentally (with 2 beds instead of 1) and the nice lady at the reception helped us out and changed it without issues. The breakfast were good, lot of variety.

If you are travelling with a car, there is no parking available nearby. Also, it's close to a road, so in the room it can be a bit noisy sometimes.The man that first welcomed us at the reception was quite unfriendly and looked bothered by us being there.

Good location near subway, big room with space, very good breakfast, everything comfortable, owner very polite. I will choose it again.

Room could be better if furniture will be replaced (old) and customers not allowed to smoke inside (bad smell, furniture&bathroom appliances with burn marks)

You definitely have a problem with the warm water! I stayed there 1 month ago and was the same. You shower with almost cold water.

Location is close to underground making it very convenient to reach connected destinations.Room size was good. Stuff is friendly

WIFI was not working at all in my room! Furniture was of basic quality

Spacious, clean, and quiet room. Quick check-in and check-out. Conveniently close to the University campus.

Breakfast barely OK, the person there did not speak any English. The water in the shower took a very long time to get warm.

Service was great. Breakfast is acceptable.

Temperature control in both rooms has been absolutely unpredictable.

The hotel is excepțional for what it is. We chose it based on location - 5 minutes walk to our friends house that was too small to accommodate the 4 of us. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the staff friendliness. Would definitely return when we will be visiting.

Close to the M1 subway entrance, staff was friendly, underground parking is definitely a plus, breakfast was tasty(albeit for longer stays could be boring due to limited offerings), room was spacious

The pillows were mostly terrible, very hard, thick and unusable, the room could be cleaner(carpet and windows were dirty), windows didn't do a great job at stopping the noise from outside as we could hear every tram passing on the Basarab bridge nearby. The room was cold when we arrived and it took a while(2-3 hours) for it to warm up.

Richard and the woman that was there when we came in were very helpful with us..Ps: Richard also helped us with the water of our bathroom at 2 am because it wasn’t hot enough

The breakfast was poor and the guy that was in charge for it was not very polite.

Cristian at reception provided exceptional service—attentive, professional, and truly spot on. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience seamless and enjoyable.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This significantly impacted the overall experience and needs urgent improvement. Also, I was disappointed to find twin beds instead of double bed, especially when I booked a double bed room.

I booked the hotel in the middle of the night at 1 am because our Airbnb was that loud we weren't able to sleep.The staff was very flexible and made our check in very smooth
