Location, close to public transport

No big issues. No climate control in the room. (It was a bit warm).A suggestion: cotton sheets could add to the comfort.

The furniture is quite old, but the room is tidy. Food in restaurant in hotel was fine, staff is more or less friendly. Fits for short stays as mine.

Slow internet, no electric kettle and drinking water in the room, fridge doesn’t seem working properly.

The location is convenient to the central station and the metro system. Having an onsite restaurant is convenient if you don't want to go out. The hotel was clean, both in the common areas and in the rooms.

The room temperature could not be controlled, except by opening the window, so it was very warm.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very comfortable and all the facilities always working, the isolation very good regardless if the room faces the back or the front of the hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy, the temperature in the rooms is always just perfect. All the staff is friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful. It’s very useful that you can check in at any hour and the check-in process is fast and smooth. The breakfast area is spacious, well-maintained and clean, and the breakfast options are varied (both cold and warm). The location is perfect, very close to the train station (where you can also take the train to Otopeni Airport from), underground and other public transport. Plenty of shops and mini-market options nearby, as well as pharmacies, banks, coffee shops, places to eat etc. Parking is available if required. This hotel has never disappointed me every time I stopped in Bucharest, being in transit. Highly recommended

In walking distance to train. Easy uber pick up to airport. Breakfast to go. Amenities

Room big enough. Linens clean. Worm enough, for the cold weather outside. Breakfast is very complex,with a lot of delicious choices. Close with train station,walking distance. Safe area.

In the bathroom we found many black, dark hairs from previous clients or from the housecleaner.

Only a 5 minute walk from the train station. And the metro is right in front of the hotel to take you to the old town.

Great breakfast, very clean rooms, very close to the train station. The only downside to it is that if you're on the 8th floor, you'll have to contend with the low humming noise of the ventilation system on top of the building.

The shower needs an upgrade, though it was clean and comfortable to use. No complains otherwise.

I very much enjoyed my stay at your lovely hotel and would certainly stay with you again if I came to Bucharest. Your rooms are cheerful, comfortable, well-kept and very clean. I enjoyed your breakfast buffet and was so glad it was available. Your location is really good and I found it easy to get around the city in addition to going to the airport. Lastly, both Andreii and Isabella, at your front desk, were extremely kind and helpful and both speak English incredibly well! I hope to see all of you again in the future!
