Noisy construction, 62 steps to the room, no windows, heat and air conditioning could not be adjusted, no restaurant near by, no where from transportation to park, had to get luggage access lots of cobblestones to building.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable

Building work next door- I know it can’t be helped.

It was clean. The staff was kind and hard-working.

That they don’t have an elevator or even railings for part of the long way up and down stairs.

Spacious room and bathroom. Coffee and bottle water which was a very nice touch.

We were told we would be on 1st floor and we were on 2nd floor. Lots of stairs and a section did not have a rail for security Did not appreciate to be right across of a night club with ALOT of loud noise all nightLots of strip/gentlemen clubs near by which is sketchy and feels unsafe

Excellent location in the old town, close to very nice restaurants, boutiques, theaters, museums, etc. Very clean, nice design, comfy. Nice Italian traiteur just next, ideal for a delicious breakfast.

Good basic hotel in a good location on the old town. It was quiet even though it is located right in the area of nightlife.Checking in is totally automated with access codes to enter the building and the room. Communication was very good.

Minor issue, but the two doors into the foyer both opened in so it was a bit awkward entering and leaving.

Beautiful fully renovated attic room, very clean and big. Loved the balcony overlooking a pedestrian street.

I didn’t mind the stairs, that were very well kept but I would advise older people that there is not an elevator

Great communication from staff even though I never saw anyone. Nice modern, spacious room, with a balcony. Amazing location in the middle of old town.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke when we checked in but went away by the time we got back later that night

The shower was a disaster, low pressure, switched between hot and cold water.Long stairs up, take in account if you're with suitcases. Noisy area.

The room was nice and clean. Very large space ..everything in downtown is within 5-10 min walking distance .. I would stay again ..

Only thing as a minus is the noice from the bars and restaurants.. we could hear music until 4AM.. however this didn't disturb us to get a proper sleep as we were tired of walking around all day.. as well the owner has left ear plugs ? .. .. the place is worthy and would stay again.

Very comfortable accommodation at this price point, ear plugs provided but not required as it was quiet enough not to be disturbed despite the clubs nearby open very late. Good location just off the main pedestrian street filled with many restaurants. Nespresso machine and other little extras appreciated

There is no lift which is understandable in an old building however 25 stairs to each level which are narrow and steep. Very difficult if travelling with a very heavy large suitcase. The air conditioner worked intermittently, may be user error! As the windows needed to be closed due to outside noise the room was very warm. The pedestrian street the hotel is on is run down with derelict buildings although I did not experience any unsavouriness.

It was in a central location so convenient to get to the sights.

It was very noisy because you are right in the middle of the bars. Would not suit someone just sightseeing and planning on getting up early as the noise goes on past 3am.

Close to bars and restaurants, easy to find and access our room, felt secure. Room was a good size and beds were comfy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially thanks to its fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town. It’s close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it an excellent choice for anyone wanting to explore the area on foot.One of the features was the self-check-in process. We received a code in advance, allowing us to check in at any time, which was super convenient as we arrived around midnight. Despite being in a lively area, the room was well-insulated from outside noise, and for extra comfort, earplugs were thoughtfully provided.

Rooms were warm and comfortable. The room was clean on arrival and had the facilities required.

As the property is totally self service it would have been nice to have a human touch in order to ask questions. We arrived during heavy snow and on our second morning the snow outside was very high. Other properties had been cleared but as it is self service we had to climb through knee high snow.

I liked how clean it was the room and facilities. The bed was comfortable y the toilet big

Even tho it’s right in the city center what I didn’t like was the noise from the pub the whole night!

Location is great!

It was a bit over priced. Lots of stairs. Water came out the shower.

Haven't seen anyone at the front desk, but when we called at least they answered.

Location Cleanliness

No staff No reception Asked if we could leave bags for the day over message and the reply was sent 24 hours later with a simple "yes" no answer as to where we could leave them.Noisy

Shady street and no curtains

No curtains and very dark room. It’s also resides in shady street with a lot of strip clubs.
