Very friendly people. Very clean and quiet room.

Not as close to the Old City as we had hoped.

Had all the adequate amenities and conveniences of four star hotel

Room was excellent.Service 100% Especially the worker Stefano He make the stay so comfortable,nice and helpful.He fix all our mistake.We was 9 adults everyone was happy with the stay

Only minus no breakfast eaven it say so in booking big despoilment because we was here over Christmas and so many placeses close.We was counting on the breakfast.

Everiday room was cleaned, beds maked up and touels was changed.

Breakfast would be possible earlyer in situation if need to left very early. Breakfest start 07.00 and ouer trip bus start 07.00.

The room was pleasant clean and had a great options for minibar and in room coffee station.

I recently had a stressful stay at the Duke Hotel in Bucharest, Romania. Despite paying for a three-day reservation in advance, the hotel almost cancelled my room on the third day. To my surprise, they claimed that my reservation was only for two days, which was news to me.The hotel's communication was unhelpful and abrupt. On the second day, I received a blunt message stating that they were confused about my belongings still being in the room and wondering why I hadn't checked out on time. This lack of clarity and professionalism was disappointing.The situation was resolved after I contacted the hotel through a Romanian speaking friend, but the experience left a sour taste. Given that I had paid in advance for three days, I expected better communication and service.Recommendation: Double-check reservation details and communicate clearly with guests to avoid such issues.

Breakfast is so poor, not many choices to eat, food is not tasty.AC was not working in my room and was so hot, i asked for another room which they gave me, but was the same issue, AC was not working, as the receptionist informed me that they have 3 units and 2 units were out of service.The room was very dirty , the floor so dusty.I have made the booking and payment online and requested for the bus shuttle as mentioned on the website, but apparently they do not have this service.there is no coffee machine in the room as mentioned.Simply it was the worse hotel i have ever stayed in my life and upset me so much as i was not able to cancel my booking and be refunded.I would recommended to anyone.

there was no complementary water which was charged at the time of leaving hotel which we didn't like. we booked with booking com but when we reached hotel informed that booking is from the next date and we paid for that day which was considerably less then what we booked digitally.

It was in a nice location and the bed was very nice. It can be a bit noisy at times when the tram is passing or people talking loudly in corridor but otherwise it is fine. The balcony is nice but not a great view. Breakfast is alright, the juices are not really nice though. There is enough savoury options but could be nice to have more varieties of pastries. In general, it was a nice short stay.
