No coffee maker in the room. The A/C was hopeless

Well situated . Room comfortable and good breakfast included.

An iron and iron table at disposal would have been a plus.

The location of the hotel was good and size of the room

I’d rate this hotel as a 3-star facility. Breakfast options were very limited, the staff were not friendly, and some were even rude (the lady at the reception couldn’t have cared less about the hotel guests).We also had an issue with the heater making noise. After reporting the problem to reception, a gentleman came to check it. I showed him a video of the noise, but he said he couldn’t hear it at that moment. I asked him to wait in the room, as the sound comes and goes, but he said he couldn’t wait because he was working at the reception. I requested a room change, but nothing was available, and no solution was offered.

The breakfast was great. That’s one of the main reasons why I always book this hotel when in Bucharest.

When using the shower, the hot water pressure was poor. Cold water pressure was adequate, but nobody wants to take a cold shower!

For what I needed it was a great location. Clean room and good breakfast.

The extra bed was poor quality and not good size.

-staff was kind & helpful-food was satisfactory at breakfast-it seemed clean

-there was almost 0 noise cancellation in the room. We could hear cars on the street, people walking on hallway and something that seemed like the elevator. Not to mention we woke up to cutlery noise-the room was too big and too empty (furniture seemed badly positioned & not so thought out)-there was no carpet in the room-there were not enough power outlets in the room-bed was super uncomfortable and squeaky-there was no ventilation in the bathroom, nor could the window be opened

The hotel looked decent overall and the rooms were clean.

The location was a bit far from the center. Staff were not as pleasant or accommodating as expected. I had booked a twin room and asked for an upgrade (which was cheaper on Booking), but they refused to match the price and insisted my room was non-refundable. Instead of being flexible and friendly, they dragged the process out and it took way too long. On top of that, the lobby had an unpleasant smell, facilities felt basic, breakfast was poor, and the so-called “superior” room was very underwhelming.

Nice staff, except the reception

The first room received had some small windows towards a some small facility space which was in work. I never encountered something like this at a hotel. Not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. The staff was not friendly to replace the camera, without insisting. The new camera was ok.

The double deluxe room was perfect. With a private terrace that had an amazing view. Quiet , clean and very comfortable

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, allowed us late check-out without any extra costs, overall a great experience.

The location that was near the Marriott Hotel

A bad attitude of the hotel staff. The team was not kind. Outdated equipment in the rooms. An uncomfortable bed

No gym or pool and little bit far from attractive areas, no free water or coffee machine in the room

Hotel room were found in good conditions and clean, however I did not like that was not easy to sleep at all due to the outside noise that came from the street the whole night. The windows are not sound isolated.

The noise definitely, was not my best night

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a pleasant one. From the beginning, we had issues with the card key as the door wouldn’t open properly, which was frustrating and inconvenient.Accessibility was a major problem. The elevator was too small to fit a wheelchair, and there were two large steps in front of it, making it extremely difficult for anyone with mobility issues to get around. I was really disappointed to see how little consideration was given to accessibility, especially when my friend was using a wheelchair due to her health issues.The staff did not seem very approachable or willing to help when we raised our concerns. It felt like we were more of a burden than guests, which definitely impacted our overall experience.While the room was spacious, it was not very clean, which added to the discomfort. On a positive note, the breakfast was great in terms of quality and variety. However, despite the posted time being until 10 a.m., we were asked to leave at 9:40 a.m. because they were already closing the buffet. That felt rushed and unprofessional.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for guests with mobility issues. There are some serious improvements needed in both facilities and customer service.

Confy bed, very large. The room was very big with excllent view to People's house delicious breakfast.

Good location. Comfortable room. Perfect breakfast.

The parking lot is not too big so we had to park the car on the street. The praking is free on the street and there are lot of possibilty for parking around the hotel so the max. walking distance was 50m.

Location was great. Parking available. Easy check in. Good coffee in the bar. Staff were friendly.

Be careful of the lobby tiles with wet shoes.
