The location and the staff are the best thing about the hotel.

Noise from the street, people smoking in the hallway, phone didn¿t work and they didn¿t fix it, power went off and price for laundry are all the things i didn¿t like.

That was not a 4 star hotel at all

We were on the second floor and the breakfast room was there and it smelled all day and night

Excellent hotel with a perfect location, everything is close by, including main attractions, cafes, and shops. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfasts were great, tasty and with good variety, a perfect way to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was good for one night stay. Staff was friendly.

Great location, the staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had high pressure and the water temp was great. The AC worked perfectly.

The hotel is located in the city center, everything is a walking distance - 5 minutes to old town of Bucharest, and 10 minutes to the Palace of Parliament. Across the street are some nice coffee places, restaurants, rooftop bars and pubs.

The rooms could use a renovation.

Easy to get to, great location for walks and a few restaurants, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.

Beds were a little soft, room needed a luggage rack.

Bathroom shower leaked.

Location was good, room was a decent size, bathroom was big with great shower pressure.

The pipe in the bathroom allowed us to constantly hear running water and it definitely gave the room a funky smell.

Unclean rooms The breakfast room was too small, had to share table. The breakfast was badly cooked.

Central location, walking distance to old town of Bucharest, Cismigiu park and Victoriei Street. A lot of bars, cafes, and restaurants around. House of People is just few minutes away.Our room was spacious and all facilities in place. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Across the boulevard is a very good brunch place were we had our breakfast.

Good location and good price.

The breakfast was mediocre not much to chose from and some items where gone/already eaten by most times we where at the breakfast. We also noticed that there dust on the floor when we arrived and had not been cleaned after the personnel had been there to clean.

Excellent location, modern design. Receptionist was very nice and allowed us to check in early and store our luggage.

Great location, comfy hotel , it would be great to get better isolation for the windows to prevent street noise.

The location is excellent if you want to stay near the old city center, with plenty of restaurants just steps away. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were quiet, and the AC worked well. However, the breakfast was disappointing—there weren’t many options, and the quality of the food was poor.
