Crystal Palace Hotel

Very good hotel for a business trip. Close to the corporate area of Bucharest, Promenada Mall and metro station. Excellent facilities, very good rooms with tea and coffee facility, good internet, bathrobes, slippers, amenities in the bathroom etc. Very good breakfast too. Free car parking. We had a free suite upgrade, so thank you very much for the great hospitality! We'll be definitely coming back.

Overall an excellent experience - from check-in till check-out everything was great! Comfortable room with balcony, clean, with amenities, coffee machine... Breakfast is very good too with many options. Thank you for your hospitality!

Just the vent in the bathroom was very noisy but with closed door could not be heard in the room.

Staff is great and always trying to help, the position is very good, the hotel has enough parking space, rooms are nice and comfortable.

This place is very comfortable, zone 1 looks like having much relaxed traffic and convenient to access by car. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would be definitely returning back.

The walls and ceiling are deteriorated, cracked, and dirty. The AC units are old and in poor condition. The hair dryer is in the dorm room instead of the bathroom, where it should be. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, and I couldn’t find a way to turn off the ventilation or the lights in the bathroom, so the fan made noise constantly. Also, it is unbelievable, but I stepped on a hedgehog’s quill that was in the rug and it pricked my foot.

There was not bed sofa as it was advertised. It was a normal sofa with a sheet on it. Not comfortable at all the k zzz

Wonderful stay – exceeded expectations!I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommended – I would definitely come back!

Everything about this hotel always was absolutely fine ?,I stop here every time around 5 years, I never changed the location , I will said ,I'm filing like my home, stuff amazing, food it's very good, clean, facilities. Thank you ?

A bathtub in the room, wine as a welcome gift (I forgot it in the room!:( ), free promotion to the bigger room with a separate bedroom. Staff was amazing, fixed everything quickly. Good for the short business stay since it's near the airport.

It's far from the center (but close to the airport). Soundproof from the street was not very good. The restaurant was a bit overpriced in my opinion (had a dinner).

Great service, the hotel is a little dated but still clean and comfortable.

It was noisy and the window frames didn’t help.

Everything went well. I arrived, the room was ready, I got a dinner in the restaurant (the waiter was extremely helpful), I slept well, and left without a glitch.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, you can walk to some good restaurant and it's near to the airport.

The heater in the room didn't really work so it got a bit cold, also I had a cute bathtub but no plug, so I was a bit sad. But nothing serious

The welcome was really nice and warm. The hotel has a rather modern look in comparison to other hotels in the city.My room was spacious and adequately equipped with everything I needed. It had a nice bed and a large TV with plenty of channels.The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice (including some local specialties). The staff was always attentive and served coffee, tee or juices.There a few bus stops nearby, which makes moving around from the hotel quite easy (although it can be time-consuming: see below).

The shower is elevated (probably to account for the sanitary installation) which meant the shower head couldn't be above my head (I'm normal sized) for showering, but it was still fine. The ventilation system in the bathroom wasn't that effective. Maybe it's linked to the AC which I didn't need.The view from the window into a backyard with smoking people and some not to good looking buildings was also not that nice.Although the hotel is in the city it can still be quite time-consuming to go to the city centre. The bus, which was supposed to take 25 min, in the end travelled 85 minutes due to traffic. It seems that a tram line is being built in front of the hotel, which means it could get better once the tram line opens.
