Monte Carlo Palace Suites

It was close to the place where we wanted to go. We had parking.

No breakfast, no restaurant. Bad attitude from the staff. The room we got was in the basement, and we didn't know about it. But, it was just a night, so we just didn't care about it.

Not enough light bulbs, light was not sufficient.Not enough glasses

The view from our balcony was very nice. We had so much space in our apartment and a full size kitchen. The two separate bedrooms were very large and it also had 3 bathrooms. I wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.

Our room was very warm, and we didn’t know how to turn down the heat. We had to open our balcony door, but we heard the train quite a few times, so it wasn’t very quiet. The location isn’t the greatest, and traffic is extremely heavy in that area.

The room was one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. Beautiful

Parking can be a pain with all the private spots. Also back gate doesn’t open when leaving

The property was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s well-suited for longer stays, with everything you need for a pleasant and convenient experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nothing major to mention — overall, everything met or exceeded expectations.

The washer machine broke the eating table, and the living room was broken.

The services and the location was excelent for my trip

I can not say that I had something that I did not like something. But maybe what can be improved is the shower cab will be good to be replaced with a bigger one because it had small entry and the water preasure needs to be checked because I had a lower presure in the shower.

The worst experience in Bucharest,I tried to contact the manager or anyone from the management team, but absolutely no one answered the phone for hours, despite multiple calls. It was impossible to speak to anyone. The only person available was a doorman at the entrance, who was also acting as the receptionist—completely incapable of solving anything. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel service I have ever encountered in my life.

Felt absolutely awful. A basement hotel room with a rat-infested smell, barely any oxygen, narrow windows that let in almost no natural light—it's like a nightmare. The constant sound of rats scurrying through the walls, combined with the noise of the entire hotel's drainage system echoing through the room, makes it unbearable. Staying there would feel suffocating, claustrophobic, and downright disgusting.

It was too hot in bedroom

- Location was middle of nowhere- Curtains were broken- Bathroom was small- Bed was not that comfortable - Bed sheets were thin

Difficult to find anyone speaking English in the hotel

There are very soft and comfortable beds, a beautiful view of the church from the balcony, and a cleaning service.

There was sometimes a loud and disturbing train noise, dirty spots on the carpet in the living room, and a lack of a microwave in the kitchen which was included in the description (the room was different from the one we booked). In the absence of any cafeteria or restaurant nearby, having a microwave would have been very helpful for us to heat the meal we bought.

The rooms were really clean and very spacious with all appliances you would need, really loved our stay here.

It’s a bit far out from the city centre but taxis are so cheap it didn’t really matter to much.

Large rooms of suitable size.. A good - also well-sized parking space provided on the property perimeter (under security regime).Location - within good reach to Airport

Spacious apartment

In the morning, we found that we had no water at all in the apartment. Upon phoning reception, they told us that they were doing some routine maintenance on the water pipes which would take some hours (until well after our check-out time). We wish they could have informed us beforehand so that we could shower etc. before the water supply was shut down.

The studio was fabulous. So clean and neat. And for 55 eur is was an absolute bargain. Will book again for sure
