the hotel was nice clean the staff was excellent and the location in a good neighboor

everything was ok

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. I felt safe in the building with security and needing a card to go up thr elevators. I always enjoy staying at ibis and this has helped cement that viewpoint.

The bed was a little hard for me but my friend seemed to like it and it was still comfy.

The locatiom

Small window without much to view. The door keeps moving if another person in the next room enters. I could hear music from the next room. Complimentary water could have been better. Less option on Halal food. Tv channels limited. Youtube could be better

Clean, underground parking, location , breakfast included, staff very nice and helpful

Great location. Online check-in and check-out made the whole process easier, since we only had to drop the key in a box at the reception. Breakfast was good as well, with a variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and a good price for what you get.

The only problem we had was with the air-conditioning. The heater doesn't seem to go above 23 degrees Celsius so it was a bit cold. And the pressure on the shower head wasn't that good.

We liked everything. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, , the elevator can only be activated using the key card as a security element. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The restaurant Hanul de pe Stirbey serves good food at decent prices and the staff was very kind. Overall, a very good experience with this hotel, we will return.

The mattress slips on the bed frame, perhaps because we are heavy, and we need to push it back every time. A second thing, not directly related to the hotel. If you want to order a taxi/bolt , think about the direction you want to go and wait for the car on the correct side of the road. Stirbey Voda is a one way street going towards the city center and you will have a detour. if the car will take that direction.

Clean and spacious room.

The location is quite far from the city centre, Tea coffee facilities in the room - no tea mugs, only peppermint tea was available in n the room, no milk for you coffee

It was located within walking distance of the train station. They provided breakfast

AC did not work and it was very warm. The breakfast was mediocre but at least gave us some nourishment

Stiff bed, the a/c can't cool - only heat! That was awful and inconvinent. I expected more from Ibis since I've been to a lot of their hotels around the world. This was disappointing.

Very good hotel close to the center of Bucharest, good breakfast and nice staff. Modern design, and good price. I would stay there again

Location and the room

Staff communication. No politeness, no smiles. My door was stuck in the bathroom/wardrobe and the reception informed me that at 22:30 there was no one to help but no one cared that I could not enter the bathroom because it blocked the bathroom entrance. I was informed that someone could help next morning but nobody called or came, so I had to fix it myself. On one of the beds, bed sheets had hair

Most of the things at breakfast could be more delicious. Music was a little too loud during breakfast.

Super central and close to many tourist attractions. Not many weird people hanging around this area (unlike other regions of Bucharest). No noise from the outside.

To be honest the breakfast was really bad, maybe my worst breakfast I had in a hotel. The staff was unfriendly, my safe didn’t work and the girl at the counter insisted me to take a video of it now working (and even after the video she complained to me), after the technician inspected the safe I actually was right and the safe didn’t work properly and had no instructions (but the technician himself was a nice guy, I don’t wanna say anything bad about him).The bathroom was really small and the device that automatically closes the door was set up in a way, that it can be super hard for children or smaller women to open. That’s really inconvenient.You also were able to hear all the doors inside the hotel slamming when being closed. I guess overall the automatic door closers are adjusted really badly.Besides the beds there was a lack of electrical outlets and the ones in the room were in really inconvenient spots.
