The location

I booked a twin room but I was given a double one. I asked but they had no explanation.The room was terribly smelly, especially from the bathroom.I had to pay 10 euros for checking in at 11AM.

Great location and price, very communicative staff that responded to our request to have the heating out on since our window didn’t close all the way.

Room smelled a bit septic and you can always hear the neighbors. Very noisy. I recommend bringing headphones or AirPods for sleeping.

It was cold during the night, the room had a air condition to provide heat in winter time at -5,-7 °C degrees outside, swereged impragnated smell in the room, cleaness left much to say, neighbours extremely loud till 2 AM and in the morning time.

Before booking the stay at this property I knew what to expect as there are pictures. Very kind staff, they accommodated my request for midnight arrival with special instructions. The towels and sheets were clean and smelled great.Thanks for everything

Very central location and accessible with public transportation.

There is a foul smell coming from the bathroom which is impossible to ignore. On top of that, one of the two receptionists is really rude and does not want to provide the remote control for heating in the room unless you point out that the Booking.com listing has "heating included", he tells you that "utilities are very expensive" and only gives you the remote control after asking you to promise not to heat the room for more than a couple of hours. Incredibly unprofessional. The housekeeping leaves your window open so your room is always cold when you enter, even when you tell them not to do that. Really disappointing service and facilities. I had 2 bookings for myself and my coworker, I left early after only staying for 1 day and my coworker stayed for over a week and he was not happy with the experience.

The location to the city center. Was within a 5-10 minutes walking from the city center. The staff was helpfull and nice for the interactions i had with them. The room was nice with for me a comfortable bed.

The lack of a water boiler and cups. I like to drink coffee or tea in the morning what meant i had to get out of my room to get this.

We found cockroaches in the room, and there was a nasty smell coming from the toilet. The manager was friendly for the check-in, but very rude once we commented about the cockroaches and even disrespectful

Terrible stench.

Terrible stay! I was given a small room with no window. The room was smelling very badly and the bathroom had an stench. There was an insect crawling around. Rafael did not answer, there was nobody else to contact to. I could not sleep, and although booked and paid for, I had to leave, I will ask for a refund. Booking.com should not let loose its value to travellers by offering accommodation like this, please exert some control.

Comfy bed and very large room. We had a room with two single beds. We didn’t spend much time here beyond sleeping.

The hallways when people came and went were very loud. Was confusing to find. No luggage storage. We waited ages ringing the door bell when we arrived to be let in to check in.

The bed was very low quality. The bathroom was small and the smell was horrid. There were no windows that you could open in the room and the A/C didn't work as expected

Location, affordable price. Was able to communicate with a property before booking and my questions were answered.

Very small room. Had to wait for an hour after check in for a towel (would have been nice to have more than one towel by the way).Very thin walls so you can hear other people (but it’s not a big deal, just use some earplugs for sleeping).From the bathroom sink only cold or hot water was coming (you could not regulate the temperature). A bit unpleasant smell from the air conditioner. And you cannot keep the window open because mosquitoes fly in.I don’t need my room cleaned every day but it would be nice if someone would take the trash out and replace toilet paper when you’re out of it.

The location is great. Very close to the center. Shops, metro, bus and tram stops are nearby. The airport bus stop is also nearby. Very easy and convenient to get to the room. All the necessary information, directions and codes were sent to us on WhatsApp. It was very convenient as we arrived late. The room was small, but comfortable and very quiet. All equipment worked flawlessly. In general, I can definitely recommend these apartments!

The news that arrival and check-in after 22.00 is not possible made me a little worried. And the communication with the staff was very slow. As a result, we received accurate directions and codes and were able to enter the accommodation without the presence of staff. It was great, of course. However, I also did not understand why it was initially said that check-in is possible only until 22.00... There was no glass in the room. It's a small thing, of course, but it would be very useful. :)

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well and it was close to Piata Unirii.

There was no internet connection in the room, there was only a very unstable connection in a limited place at the entrance of the building, there were no hand towels, there was no shampoo, there should be a mini fridge in a double room, it was not here.

Everything was great. Smooth self check in(I arrived at night), great location, quiet. Best value/price ratio.

Good location

The shower looked like it needed to be cleaned the duvet had blood stain on it and no cover.

Room was good and bed was very comfortable.

Doesn’t have waiting areas, garden area is not clean and smelly.
