Poet Palace Bucharest

This was a great, easy stay. The rooms are small but comfortable. The internet was fast, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. The only downside for us was that we were on the bottom floor since we needed a parking space and other guests at right outside our door smoking and making noise. The tables and chairs were communal

Friendliness of the staff. They have given us an upgrade for courtesy. Every help we requested were responded timely.

An electronic unit continued working non stop even during the night which made sleeping a challenge, but it was tolerable.

Peaceful neighbourhood, easy walk to the center, big and cozy bed, smart tv, fast internet, friendly staff, provided parking spot for the car.

Allthough the lack of window was known, it needs more than just the door as for natural light; the sound of the tram was bit noisy (if one could not abstract).

The room and bathroom were very clean. There were no dustbins in the room for rubbish. Also the room was extremely hot and some nights we could not sleep.

Clean and cute room. The stuff was very polite and helpful.

The room on the first floor was too hot. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

No way this is 4 stars! More like the 3 stars it is according to Google and then even on the low end.Room is tiny, so is the bathroom. Need to call a phone number to open the gate every time you want to exit, which wasn't always working. Water kettle was broken. No real place to sit in the room (only a tiny desk and wobbly and uncomfortable chair). Thanks for not accepting my request to extend my stay, now I moved to a real 4* hotel for even less.

They didnt clean everyday , only every 2 days , and the entry to the place through the gate need a phone call , which i have no sim as tourist , it made us struggle

Very nice room and easy check in and access to property and room. Very very clean and quiet.

The room was a bit small for 2 and quite dark. Also there was no curtain or blind on the bathroom window, which meant you could see straight in.

Great location and very clean room in a good neighbourhood and centrally located to metro stations.

Couple of minutes walking from the tram stop and 15/20min walking to the center. Free parking available onsite. Host very friendly and gave us a free upgrade.

The tram is quite noisy during day and night. For the rest all is good!

The lady who greeted us on arrival was amazing, really helpful and friendly. The parking was a little awkward due to the location but also great because there are no parking spaces anywhere in the city

The neighbours who were next to our room seemed like locals who lived there. They were the most arrogant , horrible, and un friendly ppl iv ever had the misfortune or being around.

We arrived one hour before the check in time, but the property managed to check us in earlier. :) It was good for the money - the location is just perfect (about 15min walk to the centre of old town). Easy usage of the door gate and the check in system.

Very helpful host very good location

In the bathroom there was a couple of insects coming out of the shower just for once , ok it is somehow normal but it will be good to do disinfestation. Regarding this it was clean.
